The backlot in Three Rivers

Not as bad as the 1.8 stars say, at least for my experience. It’s the only choice once you start your tour and it’s not terrible. If you’re getting a hot dog, get the kids meal as it’s still gigantic and like 4 pounds less.Make sure to get butter beer there!🍻

Best I can say is that it was an experience. Once in a lifetime, because I won’t be coming back.

Expensive and poor quality meal all around. Given the incredible HP experience, this was a tremendous let down. The food should be re-evaluated as it tainted our otherwise great experience. Recommend packing your own lunch to save money.

I didn't eat here but tried butter beer which I didn't like at all hahaha.Service was fast (line was long for food but line for butter beer only was very short) and I took cup home so even tho drink finished in the sink I am not upset about it.

Genuinely the worst food I've ever eaten. It makes me angry to think they dare to hold you captive half way through the tour and feed you and your kids food that is so completely devoid of all nutritional value. Absolute rubbish.

I've never written a review before, but I had to leave one for this restaurant. The burger (backlot burger) they served is by far the worst food that I've eaten in my life. It seems that they made the burger with the leftover plaster that used to build the tree trunks in the movie. The tomatoes and lettuce were probably washed out with chlorine to make sure that they have zero taste. As for the ban, I'm still unsure of how they messed up with that one. If someone wants to feel how it is to have COVID19 that hit your taste then they only have to pay 9.50 pounds at backlot café.

Dimitri’s review is hilarious but also true. Only wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Definitely the worst burger I’ve ever had and the butter beer is toxic sludge.You’d think they already make enough money to not rip you off and serve grim food.

The burger is the best way to experience puking pastilles from the weasley twins! If you can avoid it, don't buy real food here, but if you must the chips and hot dog are acceptable. The Butterbeer is as sweet as it sounds, fun for the kids. Overall, not worth the que.

We queued for 40 minutes. I've never seen such a poorly organised kitchen. The manager strolling around doing nothing, certainty nothing to improve speed of service. Really painful and such a shame to tarnish the overall event.

I'm telling you, dont get the butter beer. probably also not the burger. or the cheesecake.also worth looking into sustainable practices
