Went for breakfast, had the avocado on toast with 2 poached eggs and tomatoes. Excellent quality served at the table, nice surroundings, what's not to like? Recommended.

The refurb does look lovely. Prices seem a little steep and would have liked to have seen a child friendly menu. When asked what drinks they have for children I was pointed to the Folkestone juice range £3.15 each! I have 2 kids so spending £6.30 on two drinks isn’t an option for us so asked for tap water. They shared a Victoria Sponge cake £4.95 which they loved and was a decent size.I ordered the cream tea with a filter coffee.Didn’t like the coffee but the scones and presentation was lovely. (£6.95)My kids went to look at the lovely water feature below the kitchen window and were told we weren’t allowed… :-/

Wonderful vegan options

Came in today, sat down, waited for over 5 minutes, not served so left. Tables not cleared, seemed understaffed. Management: good idea, poorly executed.

·

Lovely staff, made a delicious afternoon tea for 4 adults, and accommodate varying diets. Highly recommended for vegetarians and vegans! Thank you very much. We'll be back. I think the chef is called Salima who was fantastic over the phone and in person.

Slow service. Had to beckon staff over to take order. Scones ordered that didn’t arrive, when asked was told system mix up. No apology. Painful experience.

Really nice cafe in the Carpenders Park Garden centre. Spacious and offering good options including vegan. The menu is split into breakfast and lunch. I love the toasties that are served with crisps, salad and chilli salsa. They offer different milk options for coffee too. Their scones are really good and seem homemade. I'm definitely going to try the afternoon tea soon! Orders and payment taken at the table with ipads and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Shame I can't bring my dog, but understandable.

We had the fudge chocolates which are lovely! And the food we had was really nice too. Nice decor in the place and nice and peaceful

Waited 10 minutes to get served. That was not a problem as they appeared busy. Then waited for 27mins after ordering a scone and tea. Had to ask where it was. Scone and cold tea arrived.I asked to speak to the manager. Left I the end as they did not appearAbsolutely dreadful service.

Lovely cafe with a wide menu recently opened and beautifully decorated with organic colours which suit a garden centre. Nice and pleasant waitresses with a quick service. Lovely place for a spot of lunch or tea and cakes while shopping in the garden center.
