We celebrated a very special birthday for my Dad in the glasshouse restaurant at the weekend, we were a group of 17. The food choice, quality and flexibility was great, from the starters to the mains and the indulgent desserts, divine. The service levels and attentive staff were above and beyond. Edyta has to get a special mention, she was always there without being intrusive, she was caring, thoughtful, gentle in her approach with a fun and warm touch and an integral part of making the occasion special and memorable, heartfelt thank you to Edyta. Magda, who dealt with the booking was also great, she communicated throughout and put my mind at ease when dealing with changes and updates. We were never rushed, accommodated warmly in the bar after the meal and genuinely looked after with care. The grounds also deserve a mention, they are beautiful. The whole experience was truly excellent and I highly recommend this venue.

Had heard a lot about The Grove, read some rather mixed reviews but so so happy we booked this for a special milestone celebration πΎ π. We loved it and might plan again in The Glasshouse! Bill was heavy but totally worth it when itβs something extra special! The girl who was there (wish had made a note of your name but you knew of the birthday and got the small desert with candle - you keep smiling and be amazing). Thanks for a beautiful evening and few moments captured as shared.

We enjoyed our meal. We ate at 9 so it was fairly quiet. Food quality was very good as you would expect. Variety was good too. We are not the biggest eaters, I think it suits people with bigger appetites better. Would return but not in a hurry.

Excellent setting, easy parking, beautiful grounds to match the lovely restaurant. Faultless service, buffet food and beer/wines etc. Really enjoyed wide variety of starters, we had a selection of seafoods and salads, followed by the roasts lamb/beef/chicken with usual accompaniments. Deserts to die for plus cheese and biscuits. Wonβt need to eat for a few hours!! Only lost a star as over-priced in all departments, but I accept that is to ensure a degree of exclusivity π€·ββοΈ

What a disappointment. Went for my father in Law's 89th Birthday. Terrible value for money 1 out of 5 at best! and would not recommend it. Might as well go to a pub for Sunday lunch!I must say I was very disappointed. I went many times before Covid, always had an amazing time and this was the first time in about 3 years.Positives: Service, they were helpful and friendly so could not fault that. probably about 4+ out of 5.Starters were ok. The cheeses were too cold and hard and Sushi average but overall ok. The Desert was fantastic.BUT.....mains were awful, Beef tough and cold, potatoes and chicken dry, rice lumpy and actually, can't think of anything that was even ok. Value for money was almost 0 out of 5. I would go to the local Toby Carvery before I recommend this to anyone. Not worth anything close to Β£56 ahead. Awful!

We had buffet in Friday night. We were surprised Only limited choices of food. The website shows several seafood, but there was only prawn which made my son very disappointed. The food were tasty, but I was extremely thirsty after the buffet. We were 2 adults, 2 kids, but they charged us 4 adults. Luckily I have checked the bill, and they corrected the bill for us. With this high price, it's not worth, we won't come again.

Great experience at the Glass House. Went for the dinner buffet. Staff were very attentive and ensured everything was up to scratch. Any issues they were quick to resolve. Empty plates were taken as soon we went to stations. Food was phenomenal. Multiple stations for starters mains and desserts. It truly was a gluttonous experience. The ambiance was quirky and the vibe very positive. Loved every minute of it and with sure be back to do it again. The grounds of the grove are beautiful and worth spending a couple of hrs wondering around too!

Went to have buffet lunch for our anniversary today after their big renovation. Everything was very shinny and new. Staff were all friendly and food was amazing! Lovely roast, seafood, salad bar and dessert stations. There is also very nice view outside where you can walk around. Will definitely go again! Highly recommend!

The most amazing food! Went with a work group and the staff made us feel comfortable. Very attentive! This is so much more than a buffet...itβs like a buffet and all you can eat but with amazing food! Itβs all well laid out and clearly labelled. I started with a seafood starter with mussels, a prawn cocktail, beautiful sushi and tasty smoked salmon.I opted for some gorgeous rare beef from the carvery and paired it with a bit of coq au vin, cabbage and dauphinois. It was so tasty and I barely had room for dessert. Of course I had to try and make room because the desserts are so dainty and tempting and they lived up to the expectations. Just have to go again to try everything I missed out on!
