We got a take away from here recently for the first time. I usually go to Abbots Tandoori but decided to give this a try as we had a discount code for Uber Eats (which AT is not on).We ordered Paneer Tikka Massala, Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi, Mushroom rice, Garlic Naan, veg samosas and onion bahji, all for £12 (thanks for the discount Uber Eats 😊).The portions were absolutely huge (4 massive Bahji’s for one portion), big chunks of paneer and chicken in the curry’s and they even threw in some poppadoms and Saag Aloo for free!!All in all the food was really nice, my only gripe being that the jalfrezi seemed a tiny bit watery and the naan was cold (everything else was piping hot).If you’re hungry, I’d definitely recommend giving this a go.

Food is always great from Village Tandoori, but last night's take-away was EXCELLENT. Delivery is always prompt, portions are good, selection of food available is huge compared to some places. Great value for money. We always use Village and highly recommend.

This place is definitely quantity over quality. I found a really big chicken bone in my madras; that's a first for me. The onion bhajis were too big and really soggy. Madras was mild and watery and the chicken pieces were huge. The starters were fine; had meat samosas and sheesh kebab and the keema naan was glorious. The mushroom rice was ok... I will try them again as I need to rate their sag ponir and considering the local support they have I'm hoping I got them on a bad day but overall for this meal it was pretty awful. In addition to this; I ordered over the phone and the guy I spoke to was pretty rude and didn't seem to care if he was retaining me as a customer. After round two we shall see!

Have been using this takeaway for many years now and it's always excellent. Easily beats the rest in the village and I would rate it highly against any others. Good honest delivery times and good portions. Welldone for keeping it up. Credit to the owners and the chef.

Fantastic family business. Very friendly and well known around the village. When you order and wait for your food, they bring out papadoms for you to have with their dips. The service, staff and prices are great. Will always recommend and they are by far the best take away on the village. 10/10!

Booked a takeaway a couple of hours in advance so it would be delivered just before the football.Arrived spot on time; was all very hot and the portions were massive!All the food was very, very good and I liked the extras such as a tray of salad and the free starter offer. Delivery guy was friendly, had the exact change ready and wasn't expecting a tip (he got one though).Will definitely be ordering again from them.
