Unprofessional staff, they was doing the job in a rude way . They started cleaning while we were sitting and the spray and dust went on our clothes and desserts. Very disrespectful with customers 👎🏼 🏼

Bought waffles for take away the other day and I noticed that the one I had created myself came with ice cream but the one off the menu - kinder bueno one didn’t come with ice cream. So I asked the lady where the second ice cream was and she told me that no ice cream is given when it’s for take away. Which is strange as on the menu it says it comes WITH ice cream and the lady who took the order stated that their menus for take away and eat in was exactly the same. To not be given a scoop of ice cream with a waffle on which you’ve just spent £8 is ridiculous to be honest and then making up rules as you go along. Made no sense. Think she just wanted to be difficult. Anyways me and my husband just shared my ice cream - what a silly dessert place

placed an order via uber eats after waiting 30mins the driver turned up with a delivery from burger King because Carter's had cancelled the order and bot told me won't be ordering from this place ever again shambles.

The loveliest little place! Such wonderful staff, brilliant service and a perfect treat! Great for after school with the kids!

Worst dessert place I've ever been to! I have uploaded a screenshot of what I ordered from Carters Instagram page, and the second photo is what I got! It had 2 lots of ice cream, chocolate sauce and a wafer missing, after complaining to staff I was told that they were out of stock of wafers and got the response "do you want ice cream then". Not only did I get half of what I ordered, the customer service is terrible! Staff are rude and unwilling to help, absolute shambles of a store being run by 2 kids last night, not what I would expect at all. I won't go into the issues my friend had with her order but it shows clearly they can't even get one order correct.

After I arrive home I realised one of the burger missing , I turn back they make another one for me … take another 30 min waiting back home try to look they are burned … it’s look like this and more that 2 hour spend … now wait for refound hope they done it

I came here for my birthday with my sister, and my nephew. We really enjoyed ourselves. The staff here was amazing, especially the lady who took our orders, and served us our ice cream.Nothing was too much.The atmosphere was amazing, and the venue was sparklingly clean.The lady who served us, helped my sister to cut up my birthday cake, and much more.The staff really went above, and beyond for us.We left feeling really great about ourselves, and my mind was blown away by the stellar service that we received.Thank you ever so much to the staff for a wonderful day!Also, thank you to the lovely people who sang happy birthday to me.

Ordered through JustEat to collect, was ready straight away. Portion size okay, tastes good, can be a little sickly with all the sauce. Would order again.

I came here for a dessert but then realised I could actually have a proper dinner, so I ordered a veggie burger with chips which were both very nice and fresh. As dessert I had a super yummy crêpe. Also, the staff is very friendly and the manager as well came to check on me more than once!Very happy with food and service, prices are on average. I will come back for a sweet treat!

I came here on Friday I think it was the big brownie waffle that I had and my friend had the nutella waffle they were absolutely lovely they both came with a little side of ice cream....Because I react to lactose I asked if there was an alternative and I was made a soy milkshake with no fuss and it was absolutely lovely, the staff here are very friendly and attentive and it gives you a nice atmosphere to have friendly staff like that....I will definitely be back soon....
