Excellent tasting food. Probably the best Chinese takeaway restaurant I have ever been to? Highly recommended to all!

Have Recently Been Purchasing Food From China Town After Eliminating The Other Local Chinese Take Aways Like Happy Garden and Golden dragon of which have fallen from grace in terms of performance and food quality.CHINA TOWN has excelled in every avenue from service to most importantly quality and taste of the food.The lovely lady behind the counter is always polite and welcoming, and keeps her composure under pressure.The food is absolutely to die for, of which my favourite is the roast pork in honey sauce with roast pork fried rice, no peas, extra spring onions and a multitude of other.There are so many options to choose from and I intend to try them all.If you are in southockendon and are wanting quality food with quality service look no further as China Town is second to none.Keep up the good work guys.CHARLES.

EXTREMELY pleasant Staff, Delicious food, Reasonably Priced, only caveat is that they do not deliver however, China Town is local to me.In terms of the competition in southockendon China Town is second to none.Keep up the good work guys, look forward to some more good food in the near future.

Me and the family love this place.. when I go in a few times a week. The lady knows what I want without even telling her she's so lovely and will go out of her way to make you happy..I would recommend this takeaway as one of the best on South Essex. Keep up the good work. 🥢🍽🥢

China Town has been our choice of Chinese takeaway food for the past 6 years. Won’t go anywhere else. Prices are extremely reasonable and the staff are always helpful. Food is always great & hot, and anyone we recommend the takeaway to, enjoys it and returns.

I just ordered 2 dishes One was Singapore rice which was ok. and the other dish I had was with prawns and it supposed to have had ginger and spring onions in it. Well I can tell you all it had what looked like dish water in it and smelt horrible with 6 prawns with it floating in the dark water. Disgusting I will not be going there again. My wife told me to bring it back to the Chinese. I just through it away. I should have taken a picture of it.

Fantastic as always. We use China Town as our regular Chinese. Food is always outstanding. Chicken ball,special rice and chicken chow main highly recommended. Always very friendly!

Nice clean takeaway restaurant, very friendly welcome,and the same with the service,a local chinese restaurant serving the community,I have tried many of their dishes,and found them all to be excellent, duck being my favourite,highly recommended,give them a try.

I have been using this Chinese takeaway for over ten years now. The place is clean and the food is always made to order. The food always tastes good. I use the place frequently so I would be able to tell if there was something wrong with the food. Another good sign to me is the place is always busy and I have used the other two Chinese takeaways in the area and I only used them once.These guys never disappoint and I always look forward to the treat. If you are looking for a decent and extremely reasonably priced takeaway then this is the place.

The place is good but they don't offer complimentary sauce with the spring rolls. They also don't take card payments and that isn't great due to COVID-19 but it is nice other than that.
