Costa Coffee in Thurrock

Natasha was so friendly, warm, professional and helpful. I wanted to pray in the lakeside prayer room and before this I need to do ablution/wash which causes splashes and strange looks in standard public toilets. Natasha was so accommodating and let me use the mop after my ablution in the private costa toilet. This meant alot to me. She re-heated my partner's green tea too and makes amazing hot chocolate. She is so helpful and an asset to her team. Her exceptional customer service and friendly attitude makes me want to return to this store. Lovely person and I left with such happiness & a pleasant experience. Thank you Natasha and to her wonderful team too who were also friendly and acknowledged me.

Bit disappointed that only sandwiches/ toasted on offer at midday. Still good coffee

Ordered a Cappuccino through Uber Eats and was sent Hot Chocolate.

Main coffee machine wasn't working which caused a bit of a queue, otherwise was served with a smile.

Nice Costa, defo a haven and an oasis in the middle of a retail park. Nice friendly and helpful service. Enjoy my visit and will and do return 👍

What a nice friendly shop, staff are fantastic and super helpful. Takeaway food was piping hot and our hot chocolate drinks were perfect. I've been in several Costa Coffee shops but this was definitely the best one. If you're over Lakeside and fancy a bite to eat and a drink I'd definitely recommend this outlet, they also have eat in aswell as takeaway. 👍

I came today 15/08/2021 at this Costa coffee and have to say that I am very pleased with staff and the service but especially with the trainee Aaron who made me the most amazing double macchiato. I am very fussy with my coffee but I have to say he SMASHED IT. Thank you Aaron.

Nice Costa but every table we sat at wobbled terribly! Resulted in losing a big slosh of coffee which at these prices is about £2 worth! Other than that, all good with pleasant service.

Worst Costa in the area. Service is slow and my drink was disgusting. Tables are not cleared quick enough. Go to the Costa in next or the one by Asda George so much better!
