Domino's Pizza in Thurrock

It's a fast food pizza restaurant, they're good for lazy binge days and usually have some good deals on but we've all seen the internet... They buy their products from ASDA and sell them as their own at ridiculous prices. Collection is always better is the food is hotter, delivery not always reliable.

Dan, made us an amazing pizza. Very tasty and juicy. We have been coming to this store for many years. But today I got special pizza. Thanks Dan.

I don't know why but the pizza here is better compare to my local Domino's especially the garlic bread which is so chessy. Went here for a collection order and the staff is very friendly. Must visit!

Just had my pizza delivered after an hour of ordering. When it arrived it was burnt to a crisp and cold, couldn’t even take it back as they closed at 11pm. Absolutely shocking, how can you send a burnt pizza out to a customer?!!

Giving 4 stars as normally the pizzas are great (we order from you quite a lot!) and arrive in a timely fashion, even on night when I expect you are pretty busy. However, I came in for a pre-ordered pick up on Friday and the pizzas just weren't up to the usual standard. Half and half was all over the place and they were definitely overcooked so just a bit disappointed on this occasion. Understand we all have off days..... Your place is usually really good.

Placed a large order of 10+ pizzas with mutiple sides and drinks. Store manager provided excellent service over the phone. Food was delivered hot and perfectly on time, if not slightly quicker. Really impressed with professionalism and service at this branch. Will definitely be using again. Thankyou lakeside dominos!

The pizza maker is no professional need more training to know how to make a good pizza.I am not happy . I didn’t feel Dominos pizzaI think I ate some low pizza not brand one .Feel like wast of money.

Very fast and good pizza, friendly staff. Would recommend definitely 👍🏻 Ate the pizza already that’s why no photo 🤣🤣🤣lol. Was too yummy

Closes earlier than most dominos, regularly mess up your order. Since opening I have had 1 order that was 100% correct. My latest one came with a bbq base when I asked for tomato, was overcooked and tasted like cardboard. I phoned about getting it remade and was told they are busy and it would be about 45 minutes when I had already waited that long for it to be delivered in the first place. They also forgot the drink and had to return with them. Still wanted me to pay full price and that I would get a discount on the next order, but at this stage I'm not sure I want to order here anymore.

I have been in the branch many time before as I Came to this branch today 12/0317 I was told 30mins wait for my order for two people waited 30mins and yet they had not even started my order completely disgusted! I had to ask if my order is ready then they said sorry we just making it now! That is not right waiting that long without any communication! I had to ask for my order! Finally when my order arrived I had to remind them of my order I received no apology or anything for the this disgusting service I received shameful dominos weather I had a big order or small I should of been given just the basic customer service!
