Five Guys in Thurrock

For a first time customer the service was outstanding and the cashier lady she was so helpful and very polite to me and my partner I would recommend it to anyone to go there the food was delicious.

We were waiting in line (not very long wait) and was watching as the other customers were being served by Priscilla in front of us. She was very friendly and genuinely happy to be at work today. Whilst being served Priscilla was smiling, welcoming and served us quickly and efficiently. She then went over to serve the food out to the customers waiting as she noticed it was busier over that side of the counter. She is an asset to the company and branch. More people like her should be working in customer service. :)

Quick service and great burgers. On our visit the drinks machine was not getting mix right and so drinks all tasted odd but food was good.

Pricey, but worth it. Basically the tastiest burgers and the best chips 😍 Service ain't great, but the food makes up for it

Great staff always so helpful and always make you feel welcome. I always have their fries which are out of this world, the portions are always big .milkshakes are soooo tasty. Highly recommended.

Nothing like on pictures. This is how £20 burgers looks like dry no taste no veggies no dressing nothing. I will never order again. Absolutely disgusting.

Some of the best food ive eaten! Cajun fries are a must buy so flavoursome! The burgers cooked fresh on the spot. And the milkshake to die for! Highly recommend

Visited yesterday with friend. Ordered chips and burger. Chips were horrible and burger meat was smelly. We both ended up with food poisoning. Still suffering. If I could, will not give a star at all. Hardly NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Wow...1st time at FIVE GUYS, and the BACON CHEESEBURGER (biggest by the way) was DELICIOUS. Even looks a bit mushy when unwrapped, but its worth it. Oreo milkshake was good, had it better, but was good. Fries were nicely cooked, definitely coming back. As this is my 2nd favorite Burger place in Lakeside shopping center.Well done Five Guys!!!👍
