Excellent restaurant, want to say thank you to Eden and Teddy, both were exceptional and really made a birthday special. Excellent customer service from them two

Gluten free options were very limited. No decent side options and the GF bread for the burger was not great either. Burger tasted okay, but the best part of my meal was the shake.

Although there was a waitress, we had to go up & order ourselvesNot a very good choice of drinks but the grilled chicken burger I ordered was lovely.Found it strange that when ordering yourself & paying before you eat, they ask if you want to tip. Surely you tip 'after' the visit?Clean & tidy restaurant with good music & toiletsWould visit again

Great atmosphere and staff were very friendly. Food was pretty good. My nephews and niece enjoyed it but most especially the refillable drinks!

It was OK.Unmotivated staff.Rosemary fries didn't have Rosemary on it and we had to pay extra for it.App didn't work.Seating old and not comfortable.Overall the burger was really nice (panko pesto) but wouldn't come back.

Had an amazing meal at GBK tonight. After being turnt away from another restaurant I couldn't have felt more welcome and cared for by the team. Thank you so much GBK Team for making tonight a really enjoyable experience, clean plate from me!❤

The Beef Patty was really dry and overcooked for Medium, their Salad and Truffle Fries was good though!

Food was alright but service was a bit slow, there wasn’t enough staff and customers were waiting at the front of the restaurant not sure if they should go to a table themselves or wait to be directed apart from that it was alright.

The food is gorgeous 😍Nice clean place with helpful staff.If you don't like the cold don't sit by the door that is ways open.Just make sure you have done some overtime as it is a bit pricey here.

We went here for a team night out, and there was a table which was booked for us. We managed to get in and get served almost immediately, and it was a smooth ordering experience as everything can be done through an app. Best thing was it wasn’t too busy, and everyone was really helpful. Would definitely make a trip here again if you after a decent burger meal!
