Harvester Grays in Thurrock

Our server was Tarryn - she looked after us and made our experience lovely. We were a big group but she still provided an excellent service. A lovely member of staff. Micheal cooked our food and all the meals were very tasty and would definitely recommend 👍

Izzy was a phenomenal waitress who was very attentive and always smiling. She was very helpful and we had a lovely evening. The lady serving on the salad bar was extremely efficient and fast - very attentive. The food was delicious cooked by Ben and the manager Graham was outstanding. Thank you! :-)

Was served by the lovely Emily. Very attentive and welcoming. I even said to her I wish more restaurant staff were as welcoming, helpful and friendly as her. The food came out hot ,was good for what it was. Overall a good experience - a quick stop off for a bite to eat. Would visit again

Our food was prepared by Sid and Tyler and was delicious. My steak was cooked perfectly. Vicky who served us was very friendly and attentive. The guy who seated us was a bit abrupt, but that was the only downside. The food is always good and the staff look after you well.

The service, food and cleanliness were spot-on, but our entire party was charged for double portions of chips, even though none of us actually asked for larger portions. It was a pretty unwelcome surprise when we saw the bill - after having already paid. This only amounted to an extra £4, but do that to every customer and it quickly racks up. Sneaky and underhanded. I won't be returning.

Holly was a very good waitress. keeping in check if everything was good and just making the experience wonderful. definitely would recommend however chicken was dry and gravy was disgusting like it had been left out for the whole day and was cold

Food was lovely and the service was even better! We had Alana serving us and she was just wonderful! Made us feel at home and welcome. Kept smiles on our faces everytime she came to our table. Will definitely be back.

Great meal! Amazing service nothing was to much trouble for our waitress Alana. Assisted my wife with her allergies and reading the menu. Lovely experience.

Pleasantly surprised as I've been going to this harvester over many years. It used to be brilliant and the place to go for a good sized value meal but for a number of years before the lockdown it went completely downhill and we stopped going as it was a disappointing experience everytime. It seems there has been new management, new chefs or a new menu.... probably a mix of the 3 and once again its somewhere that's great to go to! Very glad they sorted the place out!
