The buffet is really good I can rate it 9/10 . I had just one bad experience with a Chinese staff who was rude. But apart from that, the services and dishes are great. Excellent set of menu….a lot of variety of foods… love the place…customer service was not great..they do not fill up the empty pots immediately…they even charge for a 2 years old kids if they are taller than 90cm.

Please read to the end...Enjoyed the lamb chops but miss the creme brulee. Looks like they took it off the desert list. Thai crab was tasty but maybe they should crack the shell to make it easier.On the whole it was good. I think weekdays are better as it's not too crowded.That review was three years ago..so tonight's a big disappointment ...fish fingers, jaffa cakes, choc chip cookies and fish fingers added to the menu. Price increase but so many items removed from the menu, only to be replaced by poor cheaper options. Also too many empty serving dishes. Definitely my last visit here. Pity they used to be so good ...check the photos from 2017 to what was uploaded today.

For £21 per adult, £11 per child, it's not too bad here. They a wide variety of dishes but I guess maybe I'm a bit of a picky eater, I still find it hard to find more than 5 I can actually eat. I find that most of their dishes are not well-seasoned. I still had to add a little salt to give it lift and I don't even like salty food. I've given a 3 star cause I think the kids liked the food especially the desert area including marsh mellows and chocolate fountain.

Went here for my birthday, and when it's your birthday you go free with another paying adult. The food here isn't going to amaze you but for the price you get an amazing variety of food. Would definitely recommend it for the price and variety!

Had to wait over 30 minutes before being allowed to enter restaurant even though we had booked reservations. Restaurant was very busy and manic and loud. Food was good but because so busy best areas had long queues or trays were emptied in minutes by eager customers. Dud visit on a Saturday so if we try the restaurant again we will visit midweek to see if it is a different experience. Loved the refillable hot and cold soft drinks as was a real novelty for the children.

Attended twice before. Celebrating my wife's birthday and New Year's Eve with family. Great tasty food as always. Easy to book on website but gave you option of maximum 6 persons, if more then you have to state this in the special requests text box. Only gripes are soft drinks and hot drinks are charged separately now as additional costs and answerphone message when calling directly is confusing as there is a long pause before the telephone rings and no one picked up the phone.

Extremely Disappointing….Went out on a family dinner on August the 2nd at 19:15hrsThere was very limited food at the oriental counter and snacks with most of the trays completely empty.Spoke to the chef who said to wait for 5 mins but no sign of him after waiting for 10 mins.Voiced my concern to the lady who was attending to incoming customers. She mentioned as should wait for the food and that all good wouldn’t come at the same time. She was even rude and not ready to listen to me. I demanded to talk to the manager to which I was told he was busy and didn’t manage to talk to.Went back to oriental counter after 15 mins only couple of trays were topped up.Went back to find the manager but the security guy was sent to address the issue. The security guy said he will check with the Chef and come back to me but unfortunately no sign of him at all.Issues not addressed…No customer service at all..Security guy addressing management issues!!Left the place really disappointed with my guests.

Best place to eat a large variety of dishes in Ilford, do not miss this buffet! Will definitely go again , people who have birthdays can eat for free.

!!! Extremely DISAPPOINTED !!Don't waste your money.I book a birthday party for my son and had the most embracing experience of life time. We arrived at 8:25pm and there was no food. We waited a bit but there was no refills. Went to the manager and he said he will check after 30min of wait still empty tray's. I felt very embraced. All my guests were so unhappy and upset.I marked all the empty trays with red mark. Only food that we could find was chicken wings, onion rings , some other cheap stuff :/I Paid £200 in total for nothing but bought embracement.£3 per person for the drink and non of the machines working except coke no Juice or hot drinks.I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE -5 STARS ONLY IF I COULD.
