KFC in Thurrock

I always order from somewhere else, and by the time I've eaten my friends still haven't got there KFC. Very slow.

Me and my husband went in there on a Wednesday, so was quick and easy on self service and lots of tables. Food was nice

Best KFC experience, probably down to the fact that the seating is managed by Lakeside staff and not KFC, so no usual problem with KFC where the seating is seldom cleaned. Food gets to you quick and efficiently, and is nice and hot.

Yes please. Give me the chicken. Love a bit of KFC, seating was a challenge but we got there.

Good service despite the number of ppl waiting. Food is also good quality and good hygiene.

Super sad that the KFC has gone from the estate itself as it makes this one exceptionally busy, but the food was great as always.

Service was terrible, it is a embarrassment on how organised the place is , we received are food a good 15 mins after purchase it , i understand the food court was busy, but by the time i got my food my chicken was ice cold ,

Hmmmm went in with my blue light appOn my phone and got told that I can't use it as I don't have the original card. I logged in and out and showed I'd (did not expect to need to bring work I'd!) The manager Jo was as helpful as a chocolate teapot and refused to honour the app, stating that there had been a security breach on the blue light app and not her responsibility. Good old fashioned customer service... And I thought the Karen's were supposed to be this side of the counter.Really poor show KFC way to honour the promotion that you put in place for those that have helped others through the covid crisis. Shameful really shameful

The self service was handy and the order was correct and pretty fast but the vegan burger that I had waited SO long to try was a disappointment, nowhere near as good (rather dry) as I was expecting and the chips were a tad overdone. Plenty of other options in the food court at lakeside so I doubt I would rush back here.
