Mcdonalds Restaurant in Thurrock

A good McDonald's. Always get the order right and quick. Staff are friendly. Only problem are the Uber, deliveroo, just eat drivers. They block all the parking spaces, grill order and app order then in the restaurant they want their orders before customers. Luckily staff are on it but these drivers need sorting out. Will never use delivery.

Quite a busy McDonald's, was really clean and nice big tables with lots of room. Did take a while to get our order as there were a lot of uber eats/delivered drivers waiting to collect. There is also a drive thru here.

This used to be the best McDonald’s around for miles but now it’s like the blind leading the blind unless your one of the delivery services who take priority over every customer in store. Even when reporting this to head office I feel they ain’t interested, might as well shut the doors and just use this as a delivery pick up unit

Really?? They doesn't have shake in 4 or 5 Mc Donald's? And no ice cream??? I think that it was a bad joke too all Mc Donald's in London! Manager's be serious and offer to your regular client's everything that they know it's in your menu... Ice age... Not Ice cream based product's...

Friendly staff, food always good and hot. Little understaffed at times and so service can be slow. But I realise the staff have zero control over that and do the best they can. :)

Went through the drive through. So busy, which I thought would be a good thing as the food would be fresh. Had to drive away as nowhere to park.Only to find Burger and chips cold. Hot chocolate not mixed properly. New festive slice cold and not even the display time on the wrapper. I know from time to time you may get 1 item cold but to get 4 out of 4.Maybe they got mine out the bin !So please please before you drive away from the window check your order is correct and hot ! Don't worry about delaying the queue behind you. You have paid good money and deserve good food !

Visited on a busy Saturday. Queue for drive through was enormous so we decided to park up and go into order. The place was full of deliveroo drivers as seemingly everyone else was going through the drive through. We ordered milkshakes and a good job as they seemed to have a problem dispensing soft drinks and were giving out cans instead. Wasn't too bad a wait considering how busy the drive through was.

What can you say about this place? Its a McDonald's.. Its pretty much like all the other McDonald's! But this being Thurrock retail park is a bloody busy one! We was shopping and my daughter wanted a happy meal so we thought we would quickly go through the drive through.. No chance.. The queue was horrendously long.. So I parked up and ventured inside. Don't have anything negative to say neither do I have anything positive to say! It's par for the cause. Won't go into the merits and nutritional value of eating here.. Not enough space here to even begin!

Its a mac donalds. No issue with the food or staffing. Been here a couple of times. It's always a very, very busy drive through. I always park up and collect rather than wait in the cue which is usually a lot quicker. Very large inside so always space to sit if you want to. Tablets for the little are available but soft play is closed.

Nice and tidy restaurant, stopped off for a breakfast and sat inside. Staff nice and helpful and everything was clean. Don't get a MC Donalds breakfast that often so when we do it's always a tasty treat!
