Nando's - Lakeside in Thurrock

They should have a quality check of the food. I ate there last night, i thought the grains tasted acidic and sour, so did the homous, but I was so hungry at the time and didn’t expect it to be an issue as I eat Nandos often. Few hours following my dinner I threw up, then I got a really bad stomach which lasted me through all the day today. My partner ate with me and he had the same issues. Is really unacceptable

Fantastic staff, helpful and really nice. Maybe it's just me, but post pandemic portion sizes seems to have decreased.... Otherwise tasty food.

Not the best to be honest shown to seat not asked if we been before or explained how nandos works u have to go to them to order or thougth a app space between tables isnt good then the food isnt the biggest ive seen it cost alot and to be honest for not alot

Very disappointed with this Nando’s. Worst Nando’s Iv ever been to. The food was absolutely disgusting!!! the lettuce was mouldy and also the corn was mouldy.my grilled chicken was swimming in water the bun was half soggy and the other rock solid. see the attached photos.I will never go to this dump again they need to learn food quality checks

Great food, great service especially from Sarah who took my daughters allergy order. All though you was very busy Sarah never rushed and made sure she done a thorough check and got it all right.Thank you

Went for a nice evening meal with the family. Good night out with good meal. Can't fault it.

Twice now in a row this is how my half chicken been delivered. And second time last night my potion of rice was missing too.The delivery driver left my food on the floor outside my flat only realised after tracking said my food had been delivered. I did eat it last week but this one I threw it cos its suspicious. Called customer services and more concerned on refund. Let it be clear ,I Don't care about refund I don't want my food tempered.!!@

Without a doubt this was our best Nandos experience in probably the last 4 years.Food that was both perfectly cooked and tasty too. (Even the Garlic bread wasn't dry or burnt) We also received an extra Halloumi due to a minor kitchen error.There was also a small error in the bill which was swiftly rectified by way of a cash refund for an extra drink we didn't need.Finally the staff were very friendly and helpful... They are also probably the best looking Nandos team we have seen too.Highly recommended.

Food was amazing. Staff was lovely and well presented. The restaurant was excellent and clean. The restroom was spotless. Highly recommended.

The only thing Letting this place down is how stressed out the staff are, this can only be put down to how busy the place is and is certainly no fault of the staff. They were always friendly and helpful to approach.Food was delivered in a timely fashion and was cooked to an exceptional standard. Would come here again once covid has calmed down again in the area.
