Customer service is 0. The young overweight man who normally takes orders is extremely rude towards customers. The item I order doesn’t come with enough gravy for me, each time I place an order and ask for extra gravy (that I’m willing to pay for) I’m met with resistance. I even asked for it to be placed in a separate container only for them to ignore my request and still give me the same dish. The staff including the cook argued with me about how I want my food that I’m paying for no matter how many times I explained it to them. Would not recommend, there are plenty of other restaurants in the area with better food and service.

Best Chinese take out east of London. Been a customer here for 10+ years and keep going back.

Best chinese ever! I wish they still delivered to Ockendon because the food is just amazing. So seasoned with generous portions.

Very very disappointed in their level of service. I wouldn’t spend my hard earned money here. I called back to add extra items to my order and the attitude on the phone was shocking. I have never experienced such service. Disappointing is an understatement

I love this place! It’s my go to Chinese takeaway, the man serving is always pleasant and they have fortune cookies 👌🏻, the food is amazing couldn’t fault it if I tried !

Wow shocking service. My sons egg fried rice was missing. Phone up and woman shouting. Said they would deliver in five minutes but never showed. Phoned them and they take phone off hook. Husband had to run out and buy him something else. Will never ever use again.

I normally by food from this restaurant but today I must say the service and the young man taking the order was deplorable. I place an order online wasn’t able to pay by card because the machine was broke I cancelled but the food still arrived. The driver was told to bring the food back and he offered for me to do a bank transfer which I did, call spoke to the young man I asked if it was ok he said yes so asking as he got his money. Customer service is import in any business and how you treat your customer is important. Very disappointed

Delivered the wrong order, after waiting ages for the food I managed to catch the driver In time to tell him then called the takeaway the person on the phone argued for around 20 minutes to then admit they had got it wrong and sent me the things I was missing. 20 minutes later they arrived and deliver driver asked for the other rice they had mistakenly sent instead of my other food (which put question in my mind wether they was going to resell this) By this time my food was freezing cold. Absolutely terrible customer service and below average food. Would not recommend this takeaway to anyone.

Great food never had a problem in a space of ordering for 3 years always polite and serve your appetite wishes to the max whether you want to include items in a dish or take them out great curry's great noodles pancake rolls the lot a place I highly recommend 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟
