Pret A Manger in Thurrock

Overall the visit will only get 3 stars due to the mess that is constantly on the floor in the foyer.Lids, spoons, napkins I'm sure if you look hard enough you will find pieces of 8 somewhere.Food is not bad quality but the price is stupidly high for the amount you're receiving.Customer service was not much better, was shouted at unpolitly from behind the till to get surved and pay by the operative.Uniform of the current service staff looked tired discoloured and needed updating ASAP.

You don't really find all the food from the menu,so there are not many options for the allergies. For example,not for the dairy free ,as the majority contains milk and cheese.

Regular pret close to my office. Gets busy but a good selection.

Just stopped for coffee as our usual one was closed didn't disappoint

Had a wonderful morning coffee here. Was going to go to Costa but was not open yet. So glad we came here instead. The service was really quick and staff so friendly. There's a great selection if cakes and light lunches as well of drinks if course. The dark chocolate brownie was absolutely delicious!

I have not visited before but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. My flat white coffee was the best I've had for a while. The team were quick, clean and polite. Smiley and seemingly happy. It was busy so they had to all be well trained. Congratulations to all the team that were on today. Exceeded expectations.

My favourite go to coffee shop, there is seeting inside and out, with a great choose of hot and cold food.

I've decided to review the £1,60 mince pie the pastry was very dry there was a lot of filling however it's the smallest mince pie I have reviewed this year to be honest it was not worth £1,60
