The food was absolutely delicious...fresh, hot and tasty. The service from Kyrese was outstanding, he went far and beyond my expectation. I'll be back next week for the calamari and honeycomb cheesecake.

This was the last restaurant located next to Vue Cinema, along the broadwalk. Went to Prezzo as a party of 2 for early Dinner, about 5 pm on the 2nd of May 2022. We were seated at a very nice table, away from the masses, so had plenty of space .Elena was our server. We ordered the Seabass and the Tre Carni Calzone accompanied by House fries, Caffe Latte and Apple juice. I asked for my Calzone to be made spicy with red chillies and that was done. The sea bass was very nicely cooked as was my Calzone and both were presented nice and hot. It was a really enjoyable dining experience. Well done and a big thank you to Elena for her great service which added to our enjoyment.

Abysmal customer service. The waitress refused to clean the table when we politely explained that it was sticky. She said it was the sanitiser spray they use and told her colleague not to clean it either. I thought here we go again another worker using the rules to be lazy and refusing to do her job properly. My wife found a hair in her food. The only reason not to give a one star is because the manager was lovely, she ordered another replacement and refunded us the price of the meal. The food tasted average. But unfortunately the level of service has gone down since prior to the 2020 shutdown.

Service painfully slow, was a good fifteen minutes after we were seated that our order was taken and after people that came in before us. The food is faux Italian but just about ok. Our coffee was delivered very late and was lukewarm. On the plus side, our waitress was friendly. If you're looking for real Italian food, this isn't for you.

Slow service, no checking how our meals were & my sons kids pizza had more meat on it than mine. Paid an extra £1 for mozzarella on his garlic bread starter which came out smaller than the size of my palm and had to ask for his dessert again which still hadn't arrived by the time we finished ours (apparently the ticket hadn't gone through but bit strange when all the desserts were ordered at the same time?) The chap on the door was only seen sitting a couple of people down the whole time we were there otherwise didn't appear to be doing much work at all. The restaurant wasn't even half full so no excuse for slow & poor service. Certainly wouldn't be rushing back there.

I wouldn’t recommend this prezzo. The service is extremely slow and the food wasn’t pleasant

Burrata avocado and tomato salad was absolute rubbish. Tomatoes were not ripe, avocado had black spots (chef pointlessly tried to garnish those with cheese) and salad leaves were dried out waiters were quite helpful though, therefore two stars (although one of them was smelly coming on to shop-floor straight after having a cigarette)Could do with a good experienced manager

Tiramisu is a new receipe and boy was it a taste explosion in the mouth. Made as if from Italy, as I've tasted a good few Tiramisu on my journeys but this is the best in UK so far! Light and tasty, I could have had two had I not eaten a starter and main. Highly recommend trying if you love Italian desserts done the Italian way.The staff were wonderful. The atmosphere was great during lunch time, not too busy and the tables were kept clean, so we had a choice of where to sit with baby and pram in tow.Baby changing facility was clean.Prices were reasonable for a chain restaurant, the going rate.Choice of soft drinks for those of us who cannot drink is wonderful...I love a good mocktail as I have a newborn and have to drive so it was a pleasure to see good options other than your bog standard coke, fizzy drinks, hence I took photos of the citrus cooler we tried for the first time and it was refreshing & delicious.

I attended the restaurant on a windy weekend day lunchtime. The place was empty but it had just opened to be fair. We had a choice of tables where we opted for a booth. Although there were a 8 or so to choose from we were shown to the one with a ripped seat and some sort of sticky residue on the table from what appears to be a sticker. Cutlery was clean and the table well prepared. Staff appeared friendly and talkative and ordered were taken quickly l. Food arrived hot but starters of prawn and squid appeared a bit tasteless. I ordered a Coke but was given a Pepsi. The waitress never confirmed this which is a big no no in my book.Mains of spaghetti carbonara was nice but chicken was a little dry. The other main being a chicken burger. This was dry and the edge of the lettuce inside the bun was brown on the edge indicating it had been hanging around a while. Prices are fair for the items presented. With the points raised I’ve given them a good 3 stars, but with a few little things it could easily be a 4.

I managed to book a table. I had to book at least 5 days in advance and I could only get an 8.45pm table. The eat out help out really made a difference to our bill. We only ended up paying £13.50 for a 3 course meal.I really liked the food. You could tell it was freshly made and came out of the kitchen so quick. I would definitely go prezzo again. The waitress and other staff were so friendly, even when we went the wrong way to get out of the restaurant.
