They’re a nice bunch here. Staff changes often but they always get it right :)

Despite reeling off a list of items to the staff in a busy and noisy place, they were organised and efficient, love Starbucks ❤️

Rude service by Tate spoke to me like a piece of dirt before even greeting a customer just shouts what’s your name takeaway or eat in makes a mistake on there end and blames customer, rude to say the least.

I cannot begin to explain how amazing the customer service was in this place. after a long day at work on monday. i had needed a coffee asap. at first the order wasn’t correct which is understandable due to how busy everywhere is right now. however a wonderful young man named “robi” had corrected it for me with the most amazing attitude and really brightened my day, what brilliant customer service. definitely needs to be praised.

Lovely place, not extremely busy like others and you always can find a place of peace in there.

Not sure why Google has this listed as permanently closed. It's very much open and busy too. It's located in one of Lakeside's less busy retail parks.
