Subway in Thurrock

One of the best and the worst as the same time cause the employees are rude and they think they are the bosses. They talk rudely and don't pay attention to what you say.#worst experience ever #wosrtsubways

Pretty standard Subway store, nothing wrong with it but nothing special

Very poor experience at this subway. Tables dirty, floor sticky. Staff not very friendly and quite visibly just don't want to be there. Only 2 highchairs available for the whole store, 1 was in use the other absolutely disgusting. Once I had cleaned it realised both straps were missing (ripped off) leaving the highchair useless and dangerous if a child/baby were to be placed in. Will not be returning.

Very stingy! Have ordered a salad box with double portion of chicken… wasn’t filled up at all, chicken was purple & dry inside, 3 olives, small amount of sweetcorn, 2 slices of tomatoes! Didn’t listen when I said not too much sauce. Joke! You pay so much money for box of salad and they are trying to save on SALAD LEAVES!!! Needed to get up from the table and ask to top up my salad and everyone gave me a dirty look. Dirty tables, not welcoming place at all!!! Avoid this place!!!

the staff here is so good. They greeted me very well and the service was very quick and good.

Food is nice but some staff just don’t like what they are doing. Not friendly, not asking questions, give that unwelcome vibes.

Tea coffee ect, rolls & wraps made to order, friendly service, toilets., plenty parking, disabled access, would recommend

Steak n cheese melt to die for. The sweet onion sauce is incredible. Always have the footlong and is good value for the money

Found the subway by accident, didn’t know there was a subway around lakeside. So I ordered the cheese and steak meal, it was pretty good and add in the wedges the a sauce I can’t remember the name of. Slightly soggy but I understand there is a fine balance. Did something similar and couldn’t get it right myself. There was good flavours coming through and not over bearing of one flavour . For everyone’s own information, there is no toilet.
