Tgi Fridays in Thurrock

Love the atmosphere and American theme decor. Food is excellently tasty. Rib/Steak 🥩 is breathtaking but the waiting game after you ordered your meal is not healthy. Please speed up the gap between when you have placed an order and when you're actually served the meal. A customer can likely pass out while waiting to be served. Above all, you guys are 5 stars based on the quality of food and presentation.

Staff can't be bothered, this used to be such a nice place but nobody has any getup and go even when it's not busy. Food was average at best, dry burgers and loaded chips drenched in "hot sauce" that just made them soggy and wasn't even remotely hot just really sour taste. Corn on the cob tatsed like rubber.

Food was great, I'm an older guy so for me the music was too load, but would go back .

The first Friday I have visited in a few years. Noisy, as I suppose it would be. A little sad watching the exhausted staff reluctantly having to go through the motions of appearing happy and enthusiastic while singing their birthday song to embarrassed punters. Vegan burger was tiny and not very tasty. Warrior fries was an extra £2 to have hot sauce squirted over standard fries (the excellent garlic fries were only 50p more) and tasted saltier than sea water - the first meal I've had in decades that has left me feeling queasy. Still, my partner enjoyed her meal - but then, she'd ordered the garlic chips.

We have a tradition where my husband and I take our nieces and nephews to TGI Fridays as their Christmas present we've been doing this for nearly 13 years. Experiences has been different. The food as always been great except this time unfortunately it failed to impress. Out of the 24 of us that went only 10 if us ordered dessert because they didn't have ingredients for most of the amazing desserts we look forward to.But If there's something that keeps me going back to TGIs it's definitely the service, the staff are always AMAZING!

Despite having booked table for a time, had to wait over 20 mins for tables to be cleaned and become available. Otherwise nice food and friendly waitress. Shame the menus have been reduced, missing out a lot of favourites. Brownie dessert was small and overpriced considering the generous servings on other cheaper desserts.

Visited TGI Friday with my wife and the kids for a birthday celebration. Nice evening out with the family and good food with good service.

Excellent service from staff, they were kind enough to give us bigger tables as I've forgotten to add 1 person to the booking. The food so yummy had my favourite ultimate pork ribs so delicious with Jack Daniel's sauce served with sweet potato yum yum😋 😍

The place is easy to find, good parking facility. Food can be pre ordered from there website and you get 10% discount...food can be collected or delivered to your home. At the moment only takeaway or outside eating. The staff is nice and quick. The food is good but overpriced for what you get :( . Seen better similar places elsewhere.
