The Golden Dragon in Thurrock

Last weekend my mum and dad brought from here the chips was dry like cardboard I ate one chip and spat it out on another hand we brought tew pancake rolls and it was if it had a smell that isn’t normal it smelt like rotten fish the prawn was not a good color it made me be sick the next day and went in the bin this place needs to up the game china town here I come

The food was stone cold wen arrived to me chicken was burnt the rice was burnt and Rice was rock hard and burnt and egg was burnt had and my prawn ball butter wasn’t cooked

Absolutely disgusting tasteless food, chips must gave been yesterdays as they were dry and hard, had to throw most of it away!!! Would never use again!!!

Have they got a new chef.??? have been going here for years and tonights meal is the first time we thought its just not the same ..would not go back in a hurry .🙁

The hygiene in this place is TERRIBLE, they only get a Health and safety of just two stars. This was the last meal we ever ordered from here, and so happy I will NEVER go back... Yes that was a fly in our special chow mein. SO YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. If you like eating bugs feel free to continue to order from here, but if you get ill do not blame me that I told you so!

Food average. But twice now I have called in, given my order AND PAID, only to be left hanging around as the telephone calls are dealt with. Last time orders were brought out into shopfront and left as the phone was answered. When one of these orders was finally given to me the meal was stone cold. I would say that a customer who has paid already has more right to good service than one who has not. If the proprietors cannot get their heads round this very simple fact they will lose more customers.
