Turkish Best Kebab in Thurrock

The food is great but once again when I write in the window additional information "please call me when you are here 07 .......". Dear Mr. supplier pounds on the door until the windows shake, my appetite is running out.

Disgusting service....gave me old food and humus, it was smelling so bad that I couldn't even eat. I called in and the guy who spoke to was extremely rude, he kept on saying they don't make the humus in the store so it's not their fault as if it's my fault because I ordered food from them. Very disappointed. I don't know how these people actually get away with these kind of food and their quality of service.....never ever going to order food from here. Sick people and sick service

The best Turkish kebab is not the "best". I called today to order something, and the staff hung up because I was annoyed that my order was too small. I didn't know how much I had to order for delivery, and the man I was talking to got annoyed and hung up. It would be better if he explained to me in a peaceful and civilized way the rules for deliveries. I do not recommend this place because of the bad staff.

I've ordered here quite a few times now and it's the best kebab I've ever had in the uk. Usually shish meat is quite fatty, no matter where I go, but so far, I have not found any fatty meat whatsoever. I love that they deliver all the food separately so you can put it on your plate the way you want to.I've no idea what the rice is all about, but for sure, their shish kebab is the best *****

It is the worst ever kebab...It is not actually kebab what I received, it's a disgrace for the Turkish kitchen,I received meat and rice instead of Large shish kebab,I received a small special chicken shish kebab with one piece of meat instead of a medium oneThey didn't even bother to put the 3rd one, chicken donner kebab, and had to call in and wait for another 30 mins, to get the whole order.The chips were cold, I ordered 2 cheese and chips, which only had a bit of cheese on top, and were cold chips by the time they arrived, while the delivery was just less than 1.5 miles awayYou can see in photos.

Tried the food here for the first time tonight and I have to say it's absolutely fantastic, charcoal cooked chicken is second to none. Only disappointment is that I didn't go there sooner.

Friendly staff, variety of options and sizes and most importantly delicious food. The meat was well cooked and seasoned, warm and fresh and the doner was flavoured well. The kebabs were very good quality. Would highly recommend if you are looking for good quality, tasty and reasonably priced Turkish food!

Very friendly staff, happy to talk and help to choose right meal for you. They cook it on real charcoal instead of electric/gas ones and that's what gives to the meat real grilled taste. I have tried just burger so far - the real half pounder and I really enjoyed it. If you you are very hungry you can add chips. They have the thin ones and trust me you will not finish small portion by yourself. So to make it short - you should definitely try them when you walk past and your stomach is crying :)

Came early than expected, on the spot with exactly what I ordered price is very good and the food is tasty 5* no problem thinking about it
