Wagamama - Lakeside in Thurrock

It was pretty great. Must visit once ! It was really great !

Have had hair in our food several times here and the service can be slow. Many a times, the table have finished starters, several drinks, their mains while at the same time the mains have not been served to other members of the group.Overall amongst the worse wagamamas we have been too!

First time eating here, the food was delicious and good service, we tried to pay from the table with the QR code but after trying on both phones we gave up and just asked for the card reader. Will definitely return here.

Lovely staff they were all very friendly and helpful. As always the food came fast and full of flavour, could fault the visit

Queued to get in around lunchtime as it was busy but didn’t wait too long. Once we were seated, the drinks and food arrived pretty quickly.The menu has a plethora of vegan and vegetarian options which I always a bonus. The food was well-seasoned. The free green tea is warming.The seating arrangement consists of long benches with dividers between each separate party of diners.

Food was nice. But the portion of chicken was a joke. I called the girl over, asked her to count the 4x tiny pieces of chicken. She said that's the portion. I definitely will not be going back. I went ther for dinner. Not to imagine would the protein would taste like if I actually had a normal meals portion.Considering the staff attitude, this was really disappointing

I came into Wagamama a week ago and I had a wonderful waiter named Indi and he made sure everything was going well with my food , his service was amazing. Originally I was getting annoyed due to the wait however he politely explained why this was happening and I felt really welcomed because of his attitude. I could see he also trying his hardest to make the experience brilliant for his other tables as well. Lastly before he left he made us aware that he was now leaving his shift and he directed us to who was going to be our waiter. I loved the experience and will definitely be visiting again.

The food was tantalising. No cap. Young waitress Lucy I believe her name is was very friendly and had gr8 banter. Definitely will be coming back!

Good great as per usual. Served by a young gentleman called Indy who was tremendous at his job and offered us a great service. He was extremely polite and had the courtesy to inform us that his shift had ended and that another one of his colleagues would be taking care of us.

We waited for about 15/20 minutes for lunch at 12ish, there was a much longer queue when we left after an hour probably because of the eat out to help out scheme. Food was quite delicious, the firecracker curry that I had was extremely spicy!!! The “power juice” was very refresh and I like it very much. Service was very good, you can choose to pay online, very handy, restaurant was clean too! 👍
