Lovely food as always at wagamamaThe best. Alike every wagamama chain beautifully presented and extremely tasty. I was so hungry my main and side I forgot to take a picture but did manage to get one of the pudding.Staff very helpful and friendly.However, for who I belive to the manager. Not nice and treated staff poorly, not fair on them especially when it was her own fault. But as she's 6 ft and in charge, she can never be wrong, clearly her fault for walking into a member of staff and into me!That's why I won't give 5 star.However, below was pudding, Chocolate and cherry ice cream. Absolutely gorgeous. The cherry inside was so succulent.

All food we ordered were all spicy and especially the “fire cracker” was way to spicy for normal people so the company should warn people whenever customers order it.I’m a normal spicy person but this fire cracker is really too spicy!

You can't ever go wrong with Wagamama, but there is something really nice about Wagamama at Lakeside, we were lucky enough to have a table on the terrace on such a lovely sunny day, we love every dish at Wagamama but for the forst time we tried the cauliflower and it was breathtaking, that's going to be our always on the order starter dish going forward 😀

Very rushed chaotic environment. I am a restaurant manager and I couldn’t help but observe the chaos. Firstly, was waiting at the till for 5 minutes, had MULTIPLE staff walk over to us, look at us and ignore us to get menus and pens. A quick “hello be with you in a moment” would of been appreciated.Had menus thrown at us -literally- by the girl on desk when we eventually got a table. Had to ask for our table number and remind the waitress (when we got one) that we ordered drinks.Waitress was rude and harsh then swiftly changed her attitude when i made it clear we wasn’t happy with the service after forgetting our order and having to ask another to come and confirm it with us. My food arrived first and my sisters arrived 15/20 mins after. Not Great :(Food however was very tasty. Only one waitress was lovely and attention. I didn’t catch her name but she had thick black hair and lovely hazel eyes.Never coming back. Management needs to do some serious retraining.

Food in wagamama is really tasty and prepare so quick all the time!Like the new menu with new meals/drinks more suitable for summer and the paying with phone using QR code is saving lot of time,the service is good only the tables are not so clean all the time.

Customer service was good but it could off been better if they brought the firecracker sauce that we order earlier. The food overall was superb! Pad Thai (chicken and prawns) and Chilli Prawns were the stars for me. Internal lighting was too dim for afternoon while it was sunny outside.

First time eating here, the food was delicious and good service, we tried to pay from the table with the QR code but after trying on both phones we gave up and just asked for the card reader. Will definitely return here.

Good great as per usual. Served by a young gentleman called Indy who was tremendous at his job and offered us a great service. He was extremely polite and had the courtesy to inform us that his shift had ended and that another one of his colleagues would be taking care of us.
