Yo Sushi in Thurrock

Absolutely shocking service. Pointed to sit down not asked, waited 10+ mins for anyone to come back to us , only did when we caught the waitress walking past our table. They seemed to be busy attending everyone else and clearing tables than deal with new customers. New customers were seated and given menus. When one waitress finally came back over I said we don't have any menus in which she replied "ok", and actually had to ask for her to go get some as she just stood there. Decided to leave rather than wait as this had set the tone for the rest of our visit no doubt. Manager was snacking and ignoring everything going on. Not even worth a star.

Service was awful, only 2 people working and restaurant full. Conveyor belt was pretty empty and food we ordered took ages to arrive.

Took my family for my sons 13 birthday . we all loved it

Limited menu availability at this particular spot, specifically for vegan options when asking.

Used to go here alot, now its very overpriced and quality of food has declined.

Cut "vegetarian" avocado sushi on same board as fish and meat

Went here on a Wednesday afternoon, it was nice and quiet bu the atmosphere is nothing special as this is an open unit in the centre of a shopping centre. There is a little button to call the staff over which I think is great because they come as soon as you press it but don't bother you when you don't need them. Conveyor was novel and the food was good but I'm no sushi connoisseur.

Great food, lovely friendly staff will definitely go again
