Couldn’t of been more disappointed. Very rude waiter with a bad condescending attitude. When I mentioned it, I received a passive aggressive response! Furious !!! I don’t expect as a customer to be so rudely treated and pay for the pleasure !Also they advertise £12.95 for 5 courses…Per personWe had 5 courses between us (not big eaters) and was charged £32 the attitude was so bad I paid without debate and left stressed out!To add insult to injury the salmon was so dry, the lamb chops were chewy and tasteless & fatty. The salad was sad. Prawn purée was ok but presented badly.Never again !

Attentive staff. Food was very nice. However, one of the dishes was served lukewarm. One dish was served in a metal dish so it retained its heat, the other dish should have been heated before the food was served in it. Nan breads are some of the best I have tasted. A pleasant visit and seated where we felt comfortably socially distanced...

What a poor excuse for a restaurant. I am not one to send food back but at Desi I just couldn't eat it. The food has no flavour, my main tasted like sugar and chilli powder while the rice had a bitter kind of flavour to it and neither of them seemed fresh. The drinks tasted cheap, using cheap flat coke but they put a smoke bubble on it in an attempt to distract you from its flavour. The photo I have posted is when we have finished our meal and drinks.

Great customer service.Friendly staff.Quick service.Good food except that there weren’t enough salt and also my dish was explained in a way it isn’t and full of curry powder, rather than flavour. Everything else was alright.Overall, good experience!

Oh my goodness I can’t believe this place has so many good reviews!! The food and the place looks like Indian but seriously it’s a joke, there’s no flavour involved in the cooking. It’s spicy if you want and sweet but it’s definitely not spiced, it’s not cooked with spices or I was there just on a bad night. I have lived in Indian for a fair amount of time and my husband grew up in a Indian part of UK and we were both SO disappointed with our food! When questioned they said the food had ginger and garlic, seriously Indian food cooked with ginger and garlic that’s it? I am shocked really, if I only could give no stars whatsoever

My friends call this place the celebrity HOTSPOT. Never tried this Indian restaurant before and tried others in town, well I found my favourite ruby place with great entertainment and Curryoke, food portions are big, great selection of drinks and you can also bring your alcohol to this restaurant nice little touch very busy place but great atmosphere I would suggest you reserve a table couple weeks in advance.

Placed an order for delivery and was extremely disappointed. All the food arrived COLD and the samosas came FROZEN SOLID! The bombay potatoes and rice were lukewarm but edible. However, the chicken tikka was dry and cold to the touch (Like it had just come out of a fridge or sat on the side for a long period of time). It did not taste nice at all. After calling the restaurant and explaining, they sent me out new food. However, when the driver arrived, he only bought samosas! When I spoke to the driver he was not very understanding, despite me showing him the ice cold food and knocking on my door with one of the frozen samosas 😂. I politely asked the driver if could have a refund for just the chicken and samosas. He said he cannot provide me with a refund - despite being the same driver I handed my cash too. Most people I know go here and I thought I would try it but honestly it is the worst takeaway experience I have ever had.
