Great coffee (as always) nice to have outside seating

The staff are always lovely and on the ball, it's just that there needs to be more of them. They can barely keep up with the demand, it's not their fault. Costa needs to pay them more and hire more people

At 0915 on a Sunday morning, every table was dirty and there were crumbs on the floor around virtually all the tables in the cafe. It only opened at 0800 and we could see from our hotel room that it had not been busy, so it looks like someone didn't bother to clean up at closing time on Saturday. Coffee good as expected, and the staff are friendly and cheerful, but cleanliness is absolutely vital to a catering business, and this one just isn't up to scratch.

This Costa is great and plenty of space. However, they have to close earlier frequently for different problems. Third time in a row in a month or so trying and they are closed after 4pm on Saturday.

Used to be good, sadly gone massively downhill. Dirty unswept floors, tables full of rubbish, frequently closing early. No sign of any management. Staff are friendly but don’t seem to care.

Two youngsters working their nuts off, queues out of the door on a bank holiday Monday. The franchisee should get their arses out of bed to help out

Super busyI got hear 10am Saturday on a cold February Saturday morning,was absolutely flabbergasted @ just how busy this place was. The queue extended all the way to the front door, must a have spent at least 10 minutes waiting in the queue!!!Some folk with face coverings on but many more with out unfortunately(although not mandatory, unfortunately!) Despite being packed we still managed to find a space to sit in and have our coffees, courtesy of the vey well planned spacious seating area available. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Coffees not as hot as could be but put this down to the barristers rushing through orders due to them being under staffed and under pressure to whittle down the long queues of people. No Lemon muffins available also made trip disappointing!Hope to return to this Cafe' again when not so busyhowever wont be trusting google analytics since they weren't very accurate on this occasion

One of the best Costa's you can visit,why? The staff smile and are happy, goes a long way in a competitive market. Always clean too. Regular customers A +

This is our 3rd time visiting this store. 1st time visiting here we had a wonderful experience with the staff on shift that morning very chatty, polite and friendly. The 2nd time we visited we had a not so friendly manager (presuming) serve us. This time we visited was again a lovely experience. The young ladies that work here are very friendly, polite and nothing seams too much trouble. It's a shame one or 2 let the store down especially if it is a manager.
