It took 40 minutes to make the 2 mile journey to mine last night, when the pizza boy turned up on his push bike I understood why. Fair play to him for slogging it out on his bike but Domino's, really?!?! The pizza was luke warm and missing it's dip and the cookies were burnt on the bottom.... this is not acceptable from a massive chain like Domino's! Newport pizza will get my business from now on, Domino's Saffron Walden you need to pull your finger out.

Their store manager is arrogant and rude. If you pay for pizza, do not expect for them to send you pizza. Expect to have drive down 2 hours later and demand a refund. And then expect the store manager to call you the next day and have a go at you on the phone

Apparently some dough and toppings cost £20-£30 now and a large is 13.5" that's practically a small geez,is this some sort of sick joke?Food is average, prices through the roof as a standard for most commercial fast food.Stop being lazy save your money and make your own will be cheaper and a Hella lot nicer,There's people starving on the streets and we chucking stupid amounts of money away out of laziness..

Pizza was really nice when it finally arrived.1h15 from ordering to delivery, multiple phone calls.Felt sorry for the young girl taking calls as she was obviously not being supported by her manager.Phone calls unanswered, hung up once connected or left hanging in a queue.Won't use again. Newport Pizza gets our vote.

Ordered from here this evening, food got here pretty quick but the male delivery driver didn't even know what my order was, forgot my garlic pizza bread and said he would go get it but never did

I do love a dominoes pizza, but the number of times that myself and furthermore my family have had a bad experience is ridiculous. I've had orders be incorrect or cold on arrival, missing food and if you ring up you're always met with rude service which is unhelpful and unprofessional. Unless you are holding their hand through the order and delivery, it seems near impossible for them to get it right. It's been this way for years.

Ordered twice in the last 2 weeks. First order was missing half of it. Delivery driver said would grab the ice cream missing and come straight back. Didn't happen. Rang up eventually had the whole order sent out again. But took their time.Last night ordered pizza, ice cream and drink. Ice cream missing again. Rang up and said I'd like the refund as had taken them over any hour to deliver my food as it was. (Even worse their tracker had said it was delivered 20mins before it was. Was told by driver they like to cheat the system to make it look good on their end) anyway got put on hold. 15mins later no answer and I hadn't even spoken to someone. So rang again. Got an answer. She's like I need to speak to my manager. Puts me on hold. 10mins and doesn't come back. Rang again same woman. Claims she thought I'd been dealt with. Eventually got the manager who goes oh yeah that'll be refunded in 3-5days. Typical you can take my money in seconds though. Will have to wait and see if I get it. Will NOT be ordering from here again. I get places are short staffed but there's no communication and no organisation. Severely disappointedUpdate 30/11/21 it's been over a month and I'm still waiting for my refund. This is beyond a joke now and has been reported elsewhere. The company should be ashamed of their appalling customer service

Pizza was nice when it arrived but.... It took over an hour to be delivered to an address only 8 minutes walk away.If you're outside of Walden, I wouldn't bother!P.s we were told we were not able to order in store for some reason

Never received my food. Cancelled after 1h40m as I completely lost faith in it ever arriving. When I called I was told "should be on its way". Indeed, it should. I foolishly carried on waiting. Alarm bells should have rung. "Should be" is unnecessarily uncertain. Clearly it wasn't on the way as why not say something absolute if it is indeed out for delivery. I won't be using again. The Grill, Calzone Essential Pizza, and The Mogul are so much better. Oh, and the wonderful customer service of 3-5 working days to refund. Accepting payment instantaneously didn't seem to be a problem...
