Frankie & Bennys in Uttlesford

I had the best experience at Frankie’s this evening. Popped in for dinner and was served by Belinda. The most kind, bubbly, caring waitress I’ve ever come across. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very attentive, without feeling rushed. She made a normal dining experience extra special and I would definitely come again! The food was delicious too with little personal touches to the dishes making it an evening to remember. Thank you Belinda.

We had a family celebration at Frankie and Benny’s Festival Park last night and was looked after by Belinda. She was absolutely amazing and wasn’t fazed one little bit that there 16 of us all with different requests. She was super friendly and nothing was too much trouble! We have a member of our family who has special needs and Belinda was brilliant with her, again totally unfazed by this. We can’t thank Belinda enough for making our evening perfect !! We hope to see her again soon!

Great restaurant in a great location, very clean and fresh looking, amazing staff who do everything they can to help, delicious food and a nice selection of drinks. Good range of desserts too.If you have a birthday give the staff a cake and they'll play happy birthday over the speakers when bringing out your cake, great for kids or for embarrassing your mates.All round very nice place to eat and there's something for everyone.

Came here for my father in laws 60th birthday, the food was great but above all we had amazing service from Linda the waitress! She made our evening, had a great laugh with her and she went out of her way to make sure everyone was happy and got what they wanted!To be fair all the staff where lovely and helpful but overall Thank you Linda!

Came in for a dinner date on Saturday night. We were served by Renata, and she was super friendly and polite and made our experience a fantastic one!The food was delicious and really filling. Super impressed and will definitely be back here again soon for another meal! Love the fact that they also a 20% Blue Light Card discount 💕

Really enjoyed a meal at F&B’s this evening with friends. Food was fresh and very tasty! (Especially the Carbonara!) The staff were pleasant and attentive. Smiles all round! We had a couple of servers, I think their names were Emma and Belinda? … additionally there was a ‘blue haired’ girl behind the bar (sorry I didn’t catch a name) was more than happy to assist with recommending a tasty cocktail. Really enjoyable evening, staff were really great and the music really made the evening atmosphere a supper night out. Thanks guys, all the best… would recommend to others 👍

Family of 6 very nice food and reasonable priced, big portions sizes, restaurants has been recently refurbished, Emma was our server. She was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Will be back soon.

I visited a couple of weeks ago with my boyfriend and would come back any day. The staff were friendly, attentive and professional. We ordered the Chicken and Avo burger and a Mac n Cheese, along with a side of cheesy fries. Food was hot, tasty and affordable.Would recommend to anyone looking for something to eat in the area. Decor is great since the revamp.

Agatha was our hosts for my special day yesterday, my gluten free foods and choices was good from start to finish good service Agatha was polite and her uniform was clean. her hair was tied back. she followed guidelines correct. On entering the restaurant area was clean our table number was 82 we enjoyed our meals and drinks
