Green Man in Uttlesford

We had lunch here for the first time today. They were very welcoming to us and our puppy. We sat in the garden, which was lovely. Friendly staff, accurate, and the food was just amazing. We will definitely be back!!

It was our first time visiting the Green Man & we were impressed with the service and the food. We would happily come here again.

THANK YOU!We were unfortunately let down by another local pub who lost power due to storm,so I called The Green Man first and they could fit my party of 5 in, also took in the birthday cake I asked to give.The food was delicious, the menu is excellent great variety for all tastes. My daughter knocked over a cup of orange juice and it was no trouble at all.We all had such a nice birthday for my sister. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Excellent service and food. Very little vegetarian options, but it is a little jewel! Definitely worth the visit.

One vegetarian dish to choose. Cold lamb shank served which was then reheated and too tuff to eat. Won’t be rushing back. Rang to discuss this and no call back!!

Awesome food - really enjoyed our evening here - creative and innovative menu delivered super well with great service. Highly recommended - a special place to go for dinner. Way better than the normal gastro pub….

Food was taken back as pork not cooked properly, and forgot 1 child's meal , they did give us free drinks , but after pork not cooked everyone was on edge eating .

Great selection of drinks and stunning outside area. I didn't eat so can't comment on food but nice atmosphere and staff very attention serving us at the table and bringing drinks out. 10/10

Great little pub with its modern yet country feel. Very warm welcome both before and after using facilities on a local walk. Great coffee and comfy sofas by the log burner. Thank you!

Had a fantastic time celebrating my 30th. Staff were wonderful and very accommodating and couldn't have done more, making this special occasion even more special.
