Harris &. Hoole in Uttlesford

It's 3am at Stanstead Airport and myself and the good lady wife have just had 2 bacon rolls and 2 tea's, all of it was lovely and a very reasonable price, we were also served by the happiest man alive who made us feel very welcome , glad to find a outlet where customer service is still a prioriy, 1st class and started our holiday perfectly

Tables and floors were dirty. Staff refused to toast baguettes that were advertised as requiring toasting, even after we asked them to do so. Their excuse was that they’d already turned the oven off because they were closing soon!

What a lovely staff - makes such a difference in the middle of international travel and airport drudgery - completely surprised and grateful for the delightful human kindness and cheer they showed to each customer - they were spreading happiness and good moods across the globe - thank you !

Very nice staff, super creamy smooth coffee, they offered another drink when I spilled some of mine like the clumsy butterhands I am!

Fabulous service! Great products. I had an delightful worker that paid attention to any little detail and offered me to refill my water bottle. I will recommend this store to everyone. Thank you very much, I was impressed!

Such a warm atmosphere in there! Lovely customer service (even at 4:30 a.m.), delicious coffee and pastries, and also relatively cheap! Highly recommend!

Great coffee and the guys serving behind the bar were also amazing. Very attentive and a shock compared to other airport coffee houses!

Do you want to have a fantastic and warm experience at London Stansted Airport? Have a coffee at Harris+Hoole and do whatever to be served by Sam. He will talk to you in your language! Whatever that is! I am italian and took me a while to understand he was not. He talks in your language without being even solicited and you can see he enjoys it very much! It’s his way (I asked) to make people feel good! How did he learn? Listening to clients and replying back as he could until he could very well! Wow! Standing ovation Samuel! That is a talent! And you made me start my day with the right right coffee. Thank you! 👏🏻👏🏻😉
