Be warned that the manager is extremely rude. My wife was in store with our two toddlers. She paid for a coffee to drink in store but asked for a to go cup so she didn’t risk spilling with the girls. The manager noticed the to go cup and asked her to leave. Unfortunately she wasn’t ready for this aggression and didn’t think to raise that she had paid to drink in. She is still really upset hours later. So be warned there is a disappointing person running this store.

One of my favourite places to have lunch with my dad. Always so friendly, great food.

Great little cafe/diner in Saffron walden, went for a weekday lunch and the place was lovely. Staff were friendly, food was cooked to order and arrived swiftly.Great value for what you get, I had the all day breakfast and was definately full well into the evening.I heartily recommend a lunch stop here!

Owner seems really grumpy. Lately just doesn't seem right. Not the same at all. Not the same quality. Prices have gone high. Tea and Coffee seem to be served warm. Went there again a couple of weeks back and normally its busy. This time it was surprisingly quiet prices of breakfast is near on £9. Rest of stafff are welcoming and milkshakes are really delicious

Food was lovely, their fried potatoes were something I've not had on a breakfast before. Staff were very friendly even when it was busy :)

The scrambled egg was over cooked, toast only half cooked and mushrooms cold, not the best I've been served there, will think twice before going again 😔 it's a shame as the food has always been excellent over the years

The food and ambience were great. It is hidden in a quiet street. A lot of families go there. They seem to be quite popular with the locals.

Thick bacon, breakfast was great came in 10 minutes. Staff were friendly and polite. Worth a visit
