WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. drove all way from takeley to collect as we use this restaurant a lot. Clearly its good until you have any sort of problem. Food was incorrect and barely warm. Got chicken madras instead of lamb dupiaza... man eventually agreed to redo whole order but to bring back our food.. I said it had been dished up so would all be put in bag and be mixed together.he said no problem. Never mentioned containers...however all bar one was in there...but the lid was . Showing lamb dupiaza written on it. My son went back in to collect the new order....and the chef came out and was staring at him....Next thing the man says only chicken in there and he's not calling us a liar but the order wasn't in there.... ..when my son told me I rang them on way back...if I hadn't have had dressing gown on I would have gone into restaurant as I was seething. The man wouldn't let me get a word in edgeways....kept talking over me...said no lamb in bag only chicken...I said there would only be chicken as I didn't get my lamb....then he changed his story and said no chicken madras in there only masala...I said oh it was no lamb a minute ago....he oroceeded to talk and talk and eventually I said OK may I have my say now...I am a regular and I do not take kindly to being called a liar...I'm starving hungry driven here twice and now ur calling me a liar over a 7 quid dish...you've changed your story from lamb to chicken your chef stared out my son the lady told him to sit down even though he was only standing at the reception bit...and hadn't said a word.... I done what u asked and put it all in a bag and ur now telling me its nit in there....Di you really think its worth my oetrol and time ..I said I will nit use you or come there again if this is how you react to criticism he said if you don't want to come back...don't....thank you...and put ohone down.Upon reading other reviews it seems all is fine until you have any sort of oroblem and then Customer service no longer comes into play. Severely lacking in tact and diplomacy and they clearly don't value your custom or loyalty eitherOff to find another restaurant that actually is grateful tp have loyal customers who they treat with respectOh and just to add....the second order was lamb....but definitely no dupiaza....way too hot...dupiaza is mild....so half our dinner ended up in the bin.... however no point in ringing up...no matter how much I wanted to. To be fair....he's very lucky he didn't end up wearing it

Having broke my leg and not being able to drive for 10 weeks my daughter ordered me a delivery on her APP. It was amazing! Piping hot and fresh, delivered on time. Will be ordering more until I can drive the restaurant, great work guys 👍

Food was lovely, delicious. Absolutely fresh. Loved paneer Tk and Ck Tk the most. All of their food was amazing. Red sauce was awesome. Great customer service. Thanks to the team. Great hospitality. Will be back soon. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Always been our go to curry house, and tonight did not disappoint. Shahi lamb chop bhuna is a new dish to be added to the menu. Absolutely 100% recommend .Great service and excellent food.

Best Indian restaurant in dunmow we dinned in a few weeks ago and had takeaway last night, both times amazing food the lamb bhuna is best we have ever had!

First time eating here, brilliant food, all fresh and hot, waiter T looked after us really well. Will go again and would recommend.

First time for us, lovely food, great service and the extra 30% discount Sun to Thursday, fantastic! For me, I will choose slightly less spicy/chilli next time. So looking forward to it again though. Thank you! 😊

We had a fantastic time at Pride of Sylhet yesterday evening for my daughters Hen Night. The food was amazing yet again and the staff were outstanding. Will be back again soon with my husband for a calmer, yet just as enjoyable time.
