Rajdhani fine indian cuisine in Uttlesford

Very solid Biryani! Ordered delivery at 10pm, had it in my room by 10:12. Clearly has the potential to taste better dining in, so next time Im in the Brands Hatch area, I'll definitely stop by.

Stayed at Brands hatch Hotel and decided to try this indian Restaurant as it was my birthday...was not disappointed.The food was beautiful,staff were excellent and friendly,...I can honestly say this was probably the best Indian I've eaten in...I will definitely return,even though its slightly a drive away.

A lovely dining experience, the customer service and food has remained awesome from the day we went....over 15yrs ago. The staff as always were very attentive and polite and it was good to hear recommendations for children and for those who didn't want too much spice. It was a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for what we wanted.

Food was okay but not great as expected, given other reviews. But maybe this was because we had a takeaway and a10min drive home. But hospitality of staff was definately a 10/10

Really disappointed. I live and work in the area and this place has been recommended by others. It is a bit pricey so thought I'd save it for a special occasion. My birthday being the perfect opportunity. However having worked in local curry houses myself for years I found the food just average and in our party of 9 most said their food arrived cold. I'll give the staff the benefit of the doubt and suggest they were trying to have a bit of banter with my family and friends but they just come across as rude most of the time using sarcasm everytime we asked for a clean plate or another glass of wine which of course they charged us for. The worse part of the evening was when we paid and the waiter said one of our £40 payments hadn't gone through and we still owed £40. Coincidentally it was the one printout he couldn't find but we found it screwed up on the floor confirming the payment did go through. Still gave them a small tip(we'd already worked it out) and the meal with drinks came to £380 for the 9 of us. We won't be going back any day soon especially as the excellent Hawley Kitchen is just as close but in the different direction 😋😋

Excellent food and decent service... would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody.. definitely well worth the awards it has received.

The food here a couple of years ago was awesom. Went back tonight and not sure if they have changed chefs etc but the food is now very bland witt not much flavour. Will definitely not go back.

Such a great restaurant. Delicious food and great service. Always get our takeaways from here, they are the best around. Highly recommend.
