Starbucks Stansted Drive Thru in Uttlesford

Rude staff, talking to friends rather then serving customers. Sunday afternoon, almost no customers and still useless service.Love Starbucks but will really look at hiring new staff for this brunch. Useless staff.

DO NOT GO THERE, unless you want to pay a £170 parking fine, regardless even if you spend 10 mins or 1 hour, eat in or take away, these scammers will send you a parking fine after 2 to 3 months later saying you have over stayed or you didnt purchase anything from Starbuks, you will not even get the original parking fine either from MET Parking services Stansted ( Total Scammers they dont even have a method of contact) instead you will get a letter from a debt collecting agency who will never ever answer your calls, they only have a payment line, i am victim of this scammers. SAVE £170 AND NEVER USE STARBUCKS

Though the service was good you can tell the pandemic is over. Tables needed wiping down and floor could have done with a clean. We were there at 9 am and it wasnt busy.

Hit and miss.Twice now we’ve gone on weekends and regretted bothering. It’s a shambles how poor the service can be.Staff were barely paying attention to what you are asking for and served the drinks so badly made to the point it’s almost comical.We ordered a peach iced tea and it came looking like a water and peach macchiato - somehow there were 3 different segments of drink that’s how little they’d bothered to mix the syrup and rest of the drink. Upon requesting they re-mix the drink (as we were in a car and didn’t want to cause a mess inside) they were visibly frustrated and proceeded to serve it back dripping everywhere.The staff were also arguing in full view of customers and visibly stressed. Didn’t seem to be any managerial presence to hold them accountable for appalling service.Would recommend Birchanger / M11 Welcome Break services over this one every time.

AVOID! Because I used Mcdonalds and Starbucks, I must of paid the most expensive latte in history! Cannot believe how Starbucks associates and facilitates Met Parking and allows customers to be charged with parking tickets.And I obviously challenged the parking ticket but without any success, and had to pay £100. Anyone maybe thinking in challenging, its almost impossible to get this scam artists to side with you. Save yourself £40, time and effort.If you do use both services and you are sipping on your coffee while reading this, dont leave the carpark without paying for a ticket, ring them up. That way it will save you the fine.Or if your thinking of making a "pit stop", just don't! Bp garage down the road do coffee with more quality and slightly cheaper!Zero Stars 🌟 if google allowed it!

Dreadful parking fines put in place on the premises if you park in the Southgate Park car park and visit McDonald's. First time visiting and received a fine.£60 fine for not reading a sign, although you are a paying customer, in a car park with only 1 entrance and 1 exit.How they get away with this scam is beyond me. Shame on you!

It's a good Starbucks. Only problem is you must watch the 1 hour limit on the car park. If you are waiting for a flight to come in at Stansted and it's delayed..... Beware! Just don't go over the 1 hour free parking....

Avoid. Car park scam in operation here. Make a mistake and not only you will pay for your food and drinks but also a £60 parking fine. Come to this Starbucks at your own risk. Otherwise, just a normal Starbucks like any other.

Well, go figure it out. See the photos. Service is as good as cleanliness. Drinks made in a hurry. Baristas don’t show any interest in customers and coffee making. It seems that talking about their personal life on duty is more important. Worst Starbucks I have ever visited. Being the only one close to the hotel, I had no other choice.

The worst coffee experience ever!! Spot the difference between the "Latte" and the "Cappuccino". Both very poorly made as you can see and nearly £10 for this insult! A complete joke. Starbucks bosses, get you act together and train you staff properly to become skilled barristas
