Starbucks in Uttlesford

Unfortunately since lockdown they don't take cash which is a shame apparently its a franchise and the staff say they will not be taking cash again you will have to use either debit or credit card or phone app . I am a regular in there have been for last 7 or 8 years . I like the coffee so will keep going but I wish they would start taking cash again

Staff don't bother cleaning up. Seats are uncomfortable. Hope it folds so we can get a better coffee shop back.

Really nice toasties, always good coffee.

Dirty, served coffee in paper cups food in a bag, nowhere to sit and over priced. Service was quicker than usual though.

The muffin was great sorry to say I can't say the same about the coffee. I'm a Starbucks fan but something was off at this branch this day. Still it was warm the staff friendly and most important of all it wasn't raining inside.

One of the worst in the world. I've been a Starbucks lover for decades. I've been to Starbucks all over the world and this one is by far the worst. They layout, cleanliness, full bins, dirty chairs and tables, opening hours, they never have a different roast on the drip. And the worst part, is when I asked for a French press coffee they said they didn't do that here. 5 minutes later the area Manager is having a French Press coffee. What a joke. Now, by some stupid sense of loyalty, I'm having a weak Americano. Such a shame. The Philippines and Vietnam have much better Starbucks than here. Disappointing.

I would have given it 5 stars but it is Starbucks after all, however most of the staff are great with a few fantastic members such as Sally who demonstrate excellent public interfacing skills with seemingly supportive team leadership as well. Service is usually prompt unless a customer is causing problems.

Many mornings spent here with my favourite coffee ( caramel mac) and friends.nice relaxed atmosphere & friendly staff. My dogs also now regulars
