Lovely food, not hugely impressed with service. Cutlery didn't come before, or even with food, but had to go in and ask otherwise needed to wait for all drinks to be made.Would still go back, just hope that the service will get better.

Not the best example of a Tiptree Tea Room - a little dark, cold and a bit characterless (indoors, anyway). Drinks served quickly, but hot food took ages to turn up. Does serve gluten free food though, which is good.

it's pretty little cafe with so much feast.Great portion with reasonable price! Child friendly, good smiley service truly is the charm of this place. They always have 6, 7 different kinds of freshly baked cakes as well! It's a charming icon cafe to represent this town.

Lovely lunch on a busy Saturday. Excellent cheery service, good food and portion sizes. Highly recommended! 👍😊

Very busy for a Saturday afternoon tables were very close together made it difficult to pass by and in some cases customer had to stand up to let people by. Food and service very good

This place is amazing. We had a lovely cake and cup of tea. Friendly staff and also really nicely decorated

Correct name for this establishment is Tip Tree Tearooms: A traditional tearoom which was actually open late afternoon hallelujah and dog friendly outside. Covid regulations in place. Well stocked tearooms with good quality drinks and cakes. This is the place to bring your friends if you want good tasteful surroundings. Above all found comfortable seats and choice to eat in or outside. Very hard working staff. Wheelchair accessible and cloakroom facilities of a high standard. Will certainly visit again, although not so good for the waistline!

The experience is always amazing and filled with tasty desserts and filling lunches. The tea room is always packed in the morning and afternoon defiantly proves its popularity by the locals in town (Me included).Staff are friendly and efficient in providing menus and enough time to browse before ordering. Their cakes are always amazing and I can't get enough of their sausage sandwiches. Also their hot chocolates are so chocolatey with their extras of marshmallows and a flake/twirl, making it a tasty treat to have when passing through.I would highly recommend their choice of cakes and snacks as the perfect place for passing through when in town.

Had a really lovely lunch with my hubby and little Pickle. We did wait a while but it was busy and we hadn't booked. Their ploughman's was massive, my little one had a cheese sandwich that was really lovely and child friendly, plus a little chocolate milkshake. I had the prawn sandwich and chunky chips. All fresh, cooked well and worth the wait. Staff were really friendly and so patient, as well as really good with little ones. Also got some cheesecake to takeaway
