Burger King in Watford

The staff are very slow so not good for a quick bite. I was the only person inside and still waited almost ten minutes for my order. The burger was a mess and was just warm. It's expensive for what you get. I would only buy this when using the BK app and never for myself!

35 minute wait from order to the food being slapped on a tray. The burgers were dry as cardboard the buns all on the edges had gone hard on all 4 meals like they had been sat under a hot lamp for ages.It was a total disgrace, if you want your food fast take in a just eat or Deliveroo bag as they were more interested in them than the several customers actually waiting for their food.

So the food is really good and everything but the service is ridiculous bad like you have to wait ages for them to take your order and then sometimes the food comes quick or takes long, they really need to improve there customer service its so awful, should not make people wait that long

The manager was very rude to me yesterday wanted to get another crispy chicken as offer on the BK app I know its only per customer but felt an little let down which I was an regular customer and told me to pay another one for full price. I shall never come in again your staff very are slow service and trend to ignore paying customers over the payment counter.....

I visited today as we wanted to try the new vegan katsu royale. It wasn't very busy and there seemed to be quite a few staff behind the counter, but after ordering it took over 25 minutes to receive my order. Plenty of other customers were unhappy too. A lot of part orders were left out getting cold while waiting for other items. When I got home with it, we were so disappointed as the photos show. Certainly not going to visit again

Ordered from just eat, missing items, when you are in the store they don't do this things because of a rapid feedback from the customer but it seems at the online orders they want to save money.Not the biggest burger king customer but I will never ever buy from them again.

Clean quick and professional. I reccomend the onion rings as a side option; nice selection on the menu and the burgers are some of the finest fast-food styled you can buy in town. Oh and the pricing is fair; not overly expensive. All round reasonable with good quick service.

Please avoid!Save yourselves from this trash place…Bread is cheap lowest quality,Cheese is not melted,Meat is…I don’t even believe this is meat.Do not come, especially here as the guys at the till, if you make them notice the cheese is not melted, they try to convince you that it’s normal…please mate shut up.

It should be a fast food restaurant! But doesnt organized enough! 2double cheesburger and fries took more Than 20 minutes!!! Dissapointed!!!Super slow!!!place is too small ! The entrance is sooo stupid design!!! The whole Place is not working very well !!!

Worst Burger King I've been in coffee was only quarter full as below and that's with milk in. Wasent given any milk or sugar not even asked if I needed any. Had to queue again for it burger bun was just like it came out of a freezer the burger was nice cold worst I've ever had. Only gave it one star because that's the least you can give should be -5.
