I think Cha Cafe is a Watford and any parks little gem. What a lovely place to go for a coffee and chill out. Recently went for breakfast and morning coffee. Egg wrap with mushroom, cheese fantastic and veggie sausage roll. Scone served made up with jam and cream. The scones are sadly not home made costo finest very eat able. But think it's something they could improve on. My only grip is hot things served in Tin foil not great for the environment. Paper bag and tin foil hmmm. But would I recommend Cha Cafe and would I go back 100%.

Very nice park cafe with extensive menu and lovely courtyard seating. Nice coffees and bacon sandwich - lost a star as a wait between coffee & sandwich (worse has happened to me!). Dogs welcome, even have treats on the menu!

Enjoyed a long walk and then headed to cha cha cafe and arrived at 4pm, cafe is open till 5 and very disappointed as the toilets had been sectioned off. Staff were dismissive and just kept repeating toilets are closed. There is also access to the side but staff were insisting I walked to the other side of the park. A better suggestion would be to visit the train station or better if they just had their loos open!

Love this cafe. And the staff are great. The owner makes some amazing cakes too. Thanks team

The toilets closed despite them having a separate access route. 1 hour earlier than advertised opening hours, lazy and obtuse operatingEdit: dispite feedback from the owner this is simply untrue as the entrance was barred with a table, personally don’t mind the walk to the station but for families with small children this is really unexpected

Great little cafe In Cassiobury Park, next to the small childrens playground.Much prefer coming to this cafe than the cafe further down (Daisys) which is quite expensive.Iced lattes and hot coffees have been tasty along with their toasted sandwiches.Picnic benches just outside the cafe, service is via a hatch.Queues can be long but just proves how popular they are! They give you a ticket number and call out your order when ready to collect.

Waited 10 minutes for 2 scoops of ice cream and when a person served after me got her order first, I w0000000⁰ told they don't serve in order.... peculiar as i had a number ticket in my hand. Couldn't have mixed scoops of ice cream, just weird! And the shouty person/waitress rude and miserable. Ice cream was good. Would not recommend due to such a shocking service.Reply from the owner just shows how they treat customers! For the record I never even spoke to three people, sll I asked was why the person served well after me got her order first and the numpty of the woman came out straight after to bring the ice cream for which I thanked her and was surprised I got 2 scoops when I thought I ordered one! Get your facts straight before you come out at paying customers with your diabolical and quite frankly shameful replies . Rude to 3 staff! Was lucky to get served by one! You melt!

Love the Cha café. We go there every week, they cater for allergies and intolerances and are very friendly. Food is lovely and the flavoured coffees are so good.We like to buy our drink and sit by the bandstand before going for a walk round the park

Still operating from a single window outside like it’s a middle of the pandemic.Service is extremely slow- waiting more than half an hour to order and get your coffees.Their license to operate in the public park should be taken away and given to some more competent business operators.

12 minutes to queue for a person at a hatch window. Order food, wait few minutes for delivery. They give you a ticket and call your number. Some tables inside cafe. Toilets unisex inside cafe building. Tiny crisps packets in window they want £1 for, disgraceful. Sandwich in photo cost £4.
