Caffe Nero in Watford

Can be busy sometimes but it's worth looking in case it's quiet. Not the quickest Cafe Nero I've been to, however it can be a good place to relax if you can get in when it's quiet. Staff friendly and decent coffee. Nice range of cakes, pastries and sandwiches as well although I think the choices for vegetarians needs expanding.

Great staff and good coffee just the place dated and outside table literally placed next to street bin.

I've been coming here for years and always enjoyed the coffee and good service, but now it could do with a refurbishment it's looking a little tired and toilets could be improved

The food served here is delicious, and I've eaten in most establishments in rhe Dunstable area.Whether you're eating in or taking away, you can depend on good quality, well prepared food.The customer service is excellent!If there's something you'd like and can't see it on the menu, the staff are very obliging and only too willing to help.Delivery is by "Uber," which can be 'hit or miss' as to whether your food arrives at the optimum temperature.So I recomend eating in for the best experience, or calling ahead to collect.

Went for a coffee and bite to eat which was fine. Service very good, we had more than we could carry and without asking the server brought over the items we could not cope with in one go. Easy to find vacant table and adequate space between tables.

Very dark and oppressive...no atmosphere. Old tired furniture and old tired customers. Needs a thorough clean and refurbishment. Good coffee though.

Young lady with brown hair had such a nasty attitude on her from the get go and was disrespectful to me and others, in this role your only job is to NOT be rude. Was clearly having a bad day and taking it out on the customers. Coffee was meh

Standard affair .. never had a bad experience here. Coffee is always freshly made and the cakes are nice ..My only gripe .. the leather sofas are so knackered and low, it’s like I’m sitting on the floor .. lol

Coffee not smooth and not hot enough. I should have complained but couldn't be bothered.
