Aayush, was very welcoming and seated us as soon as we entered the door. He has a very welcoming and hospitality attitude, making sure that everything is great m. He is very attentive and has a bubbly attitude. Thank you for a great experience.

Not even worth 1 starOver the years I have really wanted to try food at Las Iguana's as pictures always looked really nice and I have been a couple of time for 2F1 cocktails. Today was my first time going for food and I highly recommend against this. From the moment we sat down at the table there was extremely poor service. We waited over 20 minutes to order our drinks and the drinks alone took 15 minutes to come after (2 cokes and 1 coconut water). When the drinks came over, the waitress had brought one of the incorrect drinks over and my friend politely said it was the wrong drink and asked for what she ordered again and the waitress rolled her eyes. All the staff here were extremely moody and had poor customer service. When the food did come over it was barely edible. It was tasteless, soggy and the chips were undercooked. The worst meal I have ever eaten out before. I was utterly shocked. When we asked for the bill, we were given a bill that had the drink on which we did not order. We politely brought this to the waitress' attention and she then tried to argue that it was not when it was. She then came to release it was on the bill and we have to wait for a manager to refund us for the drink we had been charged for. When the manager came over we did not receive an apology for being overcharged or even for the poor customer service. I can strongly confirm I will not be attending again.

Annoyingly poor. We've been to a couple of other Las Iguanas before always happy with food etc, we haven't been for a while and never visited this one before. The girl that served us should not be working here. No idea about anything on the menu, it took a visit to a manager and a visit to the kitchen to work out what "no tomato mayo on the burger please" meant. Food cold. Children's burgers served instead of adult burgers. Quite clear due to the size of the mini burgers my daughter's had and the much larger burger the boy on the next table was chomping on. Even this wasn't understood by the waiter lady. Apparently our burgers were too big and should be happy with what we have. Burritos cold, barely any meat, plenty of rice very little flavour. Wouldn't go here if I were you. Plenty of other options nearby. Give your money to someone else and eat something nice and leave feeling like you've had your money's worth.

My friends and I went for cocktails here the other day and it was brilliant. The bartender Niall was very friendly, efficient and helpful with giving recommendations. We also had someone come round to light the candle at our table as the sun went down which gave the restaurant a lovely atmosphere. Lovely experience

I have never seen such bad service. I was told there wasn't enough staff on that day, but I have been there before and the service so slow again. But on Saturday, I was fuming. We waited for 1 HOUR for our food to come. Staff are not productive at all. You will be waiting at the door waiting for someone to sit you for such a long time. The food, the bill, the deserts, literally everything was so slow. They literally ruined our day. We were planning to eat and go for shopping at bit, but we were in the restaurant for so long that we didn't have time left. Staff are not even smiling. We had buggies, no one thought to help us. No one even opens doors as common help for god sake. Such a bad experience. I've been to different Las iguanas, but this one is terrible. You need to remind staff several times for something to actually happen. That said, there is a young black guy that works there, he is such a nice person, within that terrible environment, he tries his best, but literally only him. At one point, one of the waitress was putting out cutlery on a table, trying to bring in more customers, when they haven't even served the people inside properly.

Great food. Amazing service. Authentic dishes served. The ambience was awesome. We tried the Chicken Xinxim and the Enchiladas. Both were fulfilling, served with the authentic plantain chips, black beans. On another time, we tried the Chicken Burger which came with large portions of curly fries and the freshly prepared nachos. They have quite a lot of options for drinks and are unique in flavour while refreshing.Located on high street, a must visit if you are in town.

We visited here today for their bottomless brunch.I can honestly say that this is great value for money especially if you add the cocktail upgrade. Our waiter for our visit was CJ and considering it was only his second day he did a great job. Nothing was too much trouble. If you're passing and fancy some great food and even better cocktails it's well worth a visit.

Many items on the menu were unavailable, the chicken is halal which is great. The chicken wings were crispy but overcooked/dry from Inside. The Brazilian fried chicken was really nice. My nephew had the chicken burrito and said it was ok.

Just had the Tapas and the dessert as we were not too hungry. Food was not too bad and the place is vibrant. Would've given it 5 stars if the service was quick!

Very good seating and vibe. Food is amazing doesn't matter what you try from the menu. The burritos is very good. They've revamped the menu and have fundua which is very nice. The bowl was very nice and you get a 2 for one drink as well.Enjoyed another visit here. Highly recommended. Thanks
