Domino's Pizza in Watford

Second time in a row I’ve had food poisoning.

Ordered a cheese pizza for lunch. Pizza came with virtually no cheese because they hadn't popped the bubbles. 3 huge areas with no cheese.Came back and they remade. Whilst I waited no one answered the phone despite it ringing non stop. Guess they don't want any business.

I always enjoy the pizza, but i want to comment on the customer service i received. I am at a friends house and accidentally placed an order to my own home. I called watford dominos and asked them to change the address. I spoke to Renu who kindly advised me that the watford branch did not cover the area i am in. She called the bushey branch for me and placed the order there. Very efficient and friendly.

Pathetic and Rude Staff. I made online order from them which didn't arrive for more than an hour. After waiting for so long, I asked them to cancel the order to which the staff member got rude and threatened to ban me forever. How dare you Dominos?????

Ordered online at 6:48pm, it is now 7:48pm and no sign of delivery.Checked order tracking and it still shows as preparing! I have been trying to get through to dominoes for the last 10 minutes - no one is answering!Terrible service! Should have ordered from Pizza Hut!UPDATE: Pizza took 1.5 hours to arrive! The tracking app showed as delivered half an hour before it was delivered..

Quick delivery and arrived hot, Ordered for a work event so a order of 26 large pizzas - All correct and at time they said , Perfect service thank you 😊 🍕⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I should give 5 star for ur taste, but for ur people, I have to give 1 star. They told to wait outside for preparing food, they didnt even called after the food was prepared. Is that mean we have to go and check inside every time if the food is made or not?

The pizza is always nice. But I was quite annoyed at the person at the till. He was giving these faces like he can’t be asked to server or be there which was annoying. He also made me wait even longer for pizza. I came in like around at 8:10

The pizza was decent as you would expect from dominoes. But the delivery driver we had the misfortune to experience was probably the worst take away delivery person I have ever met. He refused to deliver the pizza to a 2nd floor flat. And was stood downstairs arguing with us to come down and get it. Bearing in mind tesco deliver multiple crates of our shopping with no issue. And we have never had a delivery person refuse to deliver a take away to us. I just don't think it is good enough really. The lady on the phone was less than helpful when I called to complain and offered us a measly 5 pound voucher to say sorry. Its an absolute disgrace I will only Use papa John's or pizza hut from now on.

Ordered there 3 times, every time for a store pick up.The order was always on time, always super hot and always accurate. Every time I got my order handed out by a lovely smiling Asian lady - it was always late evening 09:00pm-10:30pm, so my compliments to that lady for a great customer service, even if such a short one.
