Five Guys in Watford

Food was 5/5, the fries are inanely good and you get so much! customer service was also 5/5, thanks to joe for helping me out and delivering a great service. 10/10 would recommend!

My family treated me to five guys on fathers day and I was not disappointed. We were served by Doy who was very friendly but professional and very instrumental in helping us decide what to order. We had a great time and will definitely be back. 2 thumbs up from me!

One of the best foods I’ve had! Jordan is such a friendly guy! Interacted with our young boy and gave him a cup to hold, customer service was brilliant and Jordan was very chatty and helpful if needed, third time I’ve been to this five guys and the food has never disappointed, or customer service!

Really great burger! Not crowded, very friendly staff! Big portions though, it was my first time in five guys and next time I'll definitely go for the small burger with the little fries 😅

Amazing customer service from the team working today. I people watch a lot! And I watched the team at work as we sat opposite the kitchen and I must give praise because they have a good system going and all of the staff are so efficient and friendly to all the customers walking in and out. The guy who was on cleaning duties was equally doing a fabulous job of keeping the place spotless. So well done Five Guys Watford because I’ve received better customer service here than at high class restaurants!!

Special thank you for Jordan and Alex who made our experience what it was. We actually found the food to be about 4 out of 5 but the service was 5 out of 5 when you consider how much money you pay for a burger and chips we were really happy with the service that we were provided. It's not that the food isn't delicious it's that the food is expensive £36 four out of five food is debatable but the service is outstanding and for that I am grateful.

Loving Five Guys! The staff was so friendly and the food was so quick. Ordering was a pleasure and as always the taste never disappoints. 10000% recommended. I was served by two amazing staff members Povi and Doy and they were brilliant and so helpful. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better meal and atmosphere and service!!! Thank you guys. ❤️

Totally loved 5Guys. Their chips cooked in peanut butter oil are totally scrumptious.You got to try their shakes!No offence to other retailers!But it’s better than the other ones we “nor-Mc-ally go to!… 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Never ordering from here again. Have ordered 4 times across about 2 years, at least 2 of those times, maybe 3, burgers or other items have been missing. Then take longer to deliver missing items than the initial delivery. Great food, if it arrives. Eat in, if ordering avoid like the plague.

First time trying five guys. I ordered online. Took over a hour to arrive, was a Friday night, so understand them being busy. Ordered 2 burgers, chips and milkshake, shockingly expensive at £33.00. The burgers where nothing special, through delivery and been wrapped up, soggy buns. The milkshake and chips where the only good thing about the meal. Won't eat there again, most definitely not worth the money.
