The family and I have been meaning to come here for so long after hearing so many good reviews. However, this really was a very disappointing experience! We arrived at 230pm, luckily in time for kitchen closing time at 3pm. As it was blustery wind and nonstop rain we made our way inside to the eatery where there was at least 20 unoccupied tables.Female member of staff approached and said âsorry we currently only allow people to dine in the outdoor section on picnic tables as we donât have enough staff...(but yet there was at least 4 other colleagues wandering around directly behind the serving counter). We proceeded outside & made the order at the window. Adults had toasted sandwiches and florentine. For the kids we wanted to order the âmarmite cheese toastâ just without the marmite.. and again, they surprisingly refused saying they canât change the menu. Very accommodating. The tables and chairs were completely dirty. When I asked for them to be cleaned, it was a quick wipe down with a dirty cloth and the table still had crumbs and I ended up wiping it all myself. The cappuccino which I asked to be EXTRA hot, was extra luke warm. The food was mediocre but served in polystyrene packs which I wouldnât have minded if I hadnât paid such prices and then had to clear away my own rubbish. The weather turned and it became even more unbearable and as we have young children I once again requested if we could at least sit inside to warm up. She replied âIâll have to go and ask someone above meâ I said I think you mean a member of senior management? âYes. She responded. Few mins later, she prances back stating that unfortunately it canât be allowed at the moment as then everyone else would want to come in too.I said âwhat do you mean by everyone? Thereâs currently only one individual sat with his dog, at the end of his coffee and looks as though he is about to leave anywayââ she was so disinterested and rude itâs unbelievable. This was far from a 5 star experience and I would never come here again! 0/5 if it was possible.

Great place to sit or get takeaway. Food is fantastic and so fresh! Coffee and drinks are amazing too. The staff are so friendly and always look after you. I love coming here to dine or to get a takeaway! I certainly recommend the brownies and cookies!

This place was incredible. The best bread and pastries I've had in years. Generous breakfasts too. Definitely coming back and we live far! Don't be dissuaded by the industrial looking area. We initially thought Google maps had brought us to the wrong place, but very glad we kept going.

We've visited here a few times and every time we've been, it's been delicious. The ham and cheese toasted sandwich was cooked perfectly. Lots of filling with lovely melted cheese. There was a new pastry this time which we tried as well - a chocolate and cream one. So delicious! We got a slice of biscoff cake this time too - usually it's sold out. We can see why - it's so tasty! Definitely worth a visit!

A few years I would have given a 5stars rating. This place has become a total shamble with teenage staff that cannot be bothered to learn the products they sell or have any customer service skills. You get better service at Greggs!Today there was another issue not to serve customers and waste all their products. They decided to close the bakery because systems were down and no one (including the manager!) had the price list. This place is a joke and I hope the owners will look into it seriously.

Absolute favourite, I would come here 5 times a day if I could. Great coffee with alt milk options, sandwiches are banging, cakes and pastries and so good you'll be dreaming about them for a week after. 10/10

It is a hidden gem in Watford.. where we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and it was really very good. You have very good choices which include English breakfast, Mexican and vegetarian.. their bakery is fresh as well.

The pizza is absolutely fantastic!I'm so happy I finally found such tasty pizza in Watford, will definitely be coming back. (I was too excited to taste it, hence the low quality, unfocused picture haha). Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic Reuben sandwich. The filling was spot on but it's the bread that makes it exceptional.Edit: I don't know how to respond in line to your question, of course you can use the review on your website!

Great place for brunch, in the unlikely setting of an industrial park. Avo on toast with poached eggs with bacon or smoked salmon, Reuben sandwich, coffee or cold drinks. Good bread, pastry and cake selection too.
