Bunch of real unprofessional, arrogant people running this sick shop.- they advertise false deals- their website offer products, which they decline based on their discreation- they are making money by false online informaiton - called mis-selling and online fraud.- they serve low quality on special deals productsThey offered me a pizza last wednesday under a deal, and this week they declined, even when this deal was on their online ordering website.I would recomend to be away from them....

Food arrived stone cold. No one would reimburse me, I couldn’t feed my two children, so after pulling a 12 hours shift in the ER I had to come home and cook when we were looking forward to a nice burger. I will be contacting health and safety due to this. Deliveroo is also a shambles and they did nothing either

This is the second time I order from them and it’s again a disappointment… I ordered 2 calzones and both were uncooked properly , the dough on top was extremely raw and I couldn’t see it because it was all covered in mozzarella. I felt like had to put it in the oven for another 20 mins to finish the job lol. 👎🏻

One of the worst experiences I have ever had!!! I ordered a triple burger meal deal, simple and straightforward. I waited one hour before trying to contact the restaurant, of which I was put on hold and virtually completely ignored for 15 minutes before hanging up and calling straight back. To which I was shouted at by a rude man and again brushed to one side. I was courteous to provide them an additional 30 mins, to which I called back again - the 3rd time. At least this person had the courage to apologise and reassured me the food was on its way. So I waited an additional 30 mins. About 2 and a half hours later... I phone back... and they say it will be with me in 5 mins. FINALLY!!!! The longest I have had to wait for a takeaway in years and years. The food was stone cold when it did eventually show, and the chips were simply inedible - just like cardboard. What an absolutely appaling show of unprefessionalism and lack of empathy. And a severe shortcoming in its poor quality of food. No one should have to wait 2.5 - 3 hours for a takeaway!!! Absolutely dreadful , I DO NOT recommend this place at all. I DEMAND A REFUND FOR WASTING MY TIME!!! And I would like a confirmation of acknowledgment to this review, a reply back, and a personal apology 🤬🤬🤬

I ditched Costco pizza for their 20" cheese pizza a while back and so far it hasn't disappointed. They've also tweaked the recipe & the crust here and there and I really liked that too. I've also tried the doner box and it while it was a very small portion, it was warm & delicious! I can't deny that I've had a few issues with their deliveries in the past, but they've mostly made the effort to make it right with a refund or a replacement and thats all I really want at the end of the day - great food and a restaurant that respects their loyal customers. Keep it up guys! UPDATE: unfortunately I’ve had to downgrade this review from 4 stars to a 1star - as with most good restaurants, management, chef or staff eventually change or they simply become complacent and unfortunately that’s happened here. Food quality has become really poor - with cold burnt pizzas arriving, bitter dry tandoori chicken dishes, sauceless burgers, and even dietary requests being ignored out of spite. Staff have even been rude and sarcastic on the phone, dropping orders on UberEats when you try to use the rewards you’ve earnt to try and force you to spend more money with them and while the price may seem reasonable the constant 60-90min delivery times just screams - go elsewhere! Its back to Costco for me when I feel like a treat.

The pizza is well made except the fact it needed basic seasoning.

Great fully loaded pizza's, good quality burgers, large potions and at a great value for money! We've been ordering from here regularly for a few months now and the service is amazing, they always make sure to deliver on the dot when we're fasting. The guys are great with instructions are really do care for the customer. I see some of these other reviews are negative but I haven't had a single bad experience to this day.

Food was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a take away service! Over 2hours late for the food to be delivered.
