The food was tasty if not as hot as it could be. The soft and hot drinks now cost extra £3.50 so its £25.50 all in during the week for endless top up but you have to take your glass or cup up to the bar to swap them over because you can't have both at the same time. However it's a good place for a group as it's pay before you have any thing.

My friends booked a table for 7pm one Sunday for a birthday celebration. I believe my friend had a free dinner due to showing her passport to prove birthday today.Cobra on tap was an ok pint since I just did not feel like wine.I picked up a few starters and would skip them next time. Calamari starters were dreadful, dry, chewy. The only lemon I could see there was a nasty sweet lemon sauce.Thai mixed seafood stir fry was very tasty. Other nice things I tried were a BBQ fatty pork, some nice chicken wings and shell on prawns. Not everything is perfect here but I didn't expect it to be. I certainly found some tasty items I liked and left feeling full. While I was waiting outside for my friends, a large group of noisy kids left the restaurant. That was about 7:10pm and I guess up to that time can be very busy and noisy. It was not too busy and not noisy when we were there from about 7:30pm to 9pm on a Sunday. My friends have three young daughters and it's partly due to them that this restaurant is a good choice. Kids get to learn how they can choose their own food and therefore don't get restless waiting for food to be delivered to the table.

Wide selection of food, something for all tastes and its all you can eat. You can also chose fresh prawns, steak, Scallops, and fish. £3.50 for refillable soft drinks is a good deal. The only downside it can get a little messy and cutlery etc is hard to come by.

Got there early just after it opened for the day Food was very greasy and most seemed to be reheated from the night before. The selection of food is good and the desert section was great, for kids. Only one chef on the steak and fish section meant the queue quickly got very large with long wait for food. On the while cheap food for a cheap price. Free refills on soft drinks is decent though again if you have kids. I won't go again but hey that's just me.

Good choice of various cusines on offer and a great spread of desserts as well. Good value for money.

Nothing like I expected, very disappointing tbh. One pic says it all ,the prawn crackers were empty for the full 1.5 hrs we were there. Lots of staff clearing the tables but very few filling the dishes up. I told 3 members of staff that someone had been sick all the way to the gents toilet, still hasn't been cleaned as we left ,so I left my disabled mum to run to the nearest pub. Stick to your local takeaway wasn't the mother's day meal we wanted. Complete waste of £50

They had more food options at Watford than that of Ilford.Everything was tasty as usual. This one was also bigger and had a lot of guests. No parking space for this one, you’ll have to park off the high street and walk to the venue.I was engrossed in the food and forgot to take pictures

My husband and I visited today at 6:30pm after making a reservation and it was very busy. When we arrived we had to wait for a while to be seated at a table, which we could understand since it was clearly busy at this time, but when we were shown to our table we walked right past a whole area of unoccupied tables and was sat in a crowded corner. The table we were given was very wobbly and not fit for purpose. We had never been before and nothing was explained to us as we were seated. As we were sitting we noticed that the fire escape was blocked by some chairs that were not in use. Even though they are easily moved they still presented a big fire hazard, especially in such a crowded room. There was lots of options of food and the quality was okay, but nothing to be amazed about. The sushi itself was warm, which is worrying when it was raw fish.Tongs in desert area were covered in different types of pudding and put me off from enjoying the whole desert experience. The scoops in the ice-cream area were left in a bowl of water with different types of ice-cream floating in it.To top it all off, there was children running everywhere, running up and down the buffet areas. I even heard a small group playing hide and seek. I understand that 'kids will be kids', however they almost knocked my plate out of my hands a couple of times and staff was just watching on doing nothing.Overall I got the impression that staff were over worked and had given up caring about the service they were providing. Maybe they were having an off day, but that was the first and last time that we were visiting.

Expected a lot considering the reviews and the stars however it fell short of expectations. No chocolate fountain, cleaner staff rude and tried to deny me entry to toilet to wash my hands and face, denied me toilet paper to clean my hands. Some of the foods were repetitive for example the dessert section appears large with two different sections however they display the exact same cakes on both sides.Ice cream wasn’t kept cold and tasted like mousse, some things were clearly re fried. Place wasn’t clean enough and various cakes and ice cream left on the tongs and bowl. However I liked the way the foods are labelled showing which country it comes from and the Chinese section particularly the duck wrap section was the highlight and nearly always gone. The steamed dishes were also ok, and the char Sui dumplings soft as cake. The sauces at the section was also very nice. Teppanyaki was interesting, cook was clean and professional but the steak cooked tough.Overall a good vibe and nice for family out. There isn’t a lot of food choices and mostly space used for tables and walking around.

On arrival of the restaurant, staff were very rude and unprofessional. They weren't very helpful of directing where to find things. Very over priced for what it is. Food was cold, overcooked and undercooked. Clean plates were dirty, it took a while to find a plate that was decent to eat from. All 3 of us got food poisoning after an hour of eating. When we asked to for some cups from the bar the lady was very rude and slammed the cups on the bar and tutted. Over all the experience was shocking and will never attend again. The decoration of the place was better then the food. Externally disappointed because it was for a special occasion.
