Kfc in Watford

Despite telling the team one should slways check to see if the order is right as more often than acceptable items will be missing

The most enjoyable item from my order was the drink. The chicken was cooked using Old oil, it tasted horrible, and it was discoloured. The chips were drier than a desert, I didn't want to risk getting sick before my shift in my kitchen so I didn't finish the meal.

Why are you advertising a vegan burger option - both in your window and signage above your tills, but you're always out of stock?The most frustrating point being, you're allowing customers to waste time in queueing up only to be told its unavailable.(It would be more appropriate to display signage, so we as customers are aware).I can understand a one off, however three times in a row is poor customer service on your behalf.Sort it out, KFC!!!

Highly disappointed, the food is soaking in oil, can't even eat it. I have asked for salad and rice as sides and they did not give any cutlery and they forgot our cups so I had to go three time from the table to the counter to get everything I need just to realise that the meat was soaking in oil, literally oil sitting on the meat. I don't recommend this KFC at all and they should increase the quality of their food and service before I come in again.

Service was good. Meal tasted normal soni was satisfied.

Didn't like the seating,although service was quite prompt,complained about their chips via email ages ago with no reply,food was ok other than that.

Where do we start? We ordered a 15 piece bargain bucket, extra gravy and a kids meal.Whilst waiting, 3 delivery drivers (Deliveroo etc)showed up with big orders and it was all hands on deck.Collected my food and drove home to London Colney.Found we only had 11 pieces of overdone chicken and NO gravy.(I ordered gravy separately so on another receipt ).Also a minor issue,but no wipes,salt etc.We were all starving by this time and just ate what we had.Its a long way to drive back for our missing stuff.Really bad service.We include pics of our recipt as proof this is a genuine review and the small overdone chicken.And reading other bad reviews, the health inspectors should be called and this place shut down.

The Watford high street branch is amazing. All Staff I spoke to were polite, helpful and made me feel comfortable. The food was good too.

My kids like kfc, I normally order through justeat delivery. Every single I had something missing in order. High street Watford kfc staff is very unprofessional. The refund system from justeat is very rubbish. It’s just waste of money.

Waited 30mins for my order, so much for 'fast food', the restaurant wasn't even busy. When I finally got my order, I was disappointed with the portion size and the hot chocolate tasted more like hot water.
