Very unhappy with the service in store today. I pre-paid for a box of doughnuts and when I went to pick it up the member of staff Hassan called his manager Charlotte who first claimed I collected the box the day before and when I showed them my collection day and time was today, they said they never confirmed it and it was a glitch so I have to email through and get a refund. All the while, they had about 20 doughnuts on the counter and they could've just made a box for us to take away... Disgusting service. Will not be returning. Steer clear is my advice!

Great donuts, but two of the last three times I went to this store they were closed - at 10:15 and 16:00, reasonable times of day and within the opening times posted both at their entrance and online.Covid is no excuse for poor service. Open or closed, either is fine - but don't keep your customers guessing which it is going to be!

Very clean. Doughnuts are topped up. The manager is very moody in this branch never friendly. She never interacts with any customer. Looks like the staff have to authorise every transaction through the manager as she does not trust any staff as she gives the go-ahead nod. Otherwise service is really good staff is excellent except the manager. Happy staff smiling. Wheelchair accessible entrance, tables and chairs available unfortunately not usable due to covid. 2 stars given due to managers behaviour.

Sometimes it's pretty busy to find a free table. The doughnuts are nice and tasty. The best way to save is a multi-buy as you can get nearly a doughnut a pound. The staff are pretty welcoming but because of the frequency of their business sometimes cannot achieve any requests from the tables

1 star lost due to high cost, as per every Krispy Kreme...but that's not right, thay are good but people should not be ok with those prices. 2.20 a doughnut? Box of 3 5.50. Last time they didn't have boxes for a 3pack, paper packaging instead.
