Morrisons Cafe in Watford

Absolutely shocking.Always a very long wait for food even though its always empty, 50 minutes plus. Food is not very nice. Often get orders wrong or food missing from plate. Honestly stay away unless you like waiting and paying for stuff you don't receive.I won't be back.

Never had a good experience really, having to choose your table and number, then leave kids sitting in the table while you use the self serve monitor just doesn’t work when you are a parent with kids. The scan for the app never works on the table.Waiting 45 mins for childrens chips.Coffee cups stained.I know it’s cheap but system doesn’t work for us.

Five Stars are for customer service, staff are brilliant, sadly the food not so, but when I spoke to a lady (who seemed to be running the cafe on her own) She refunded my bill without any hesitation. (She assured me she was not working alone, as I was concerned she was using a crutch, whilst multi-tasking across all areas of the restaurant)Morrisons you need to take better care of your staff! You talk the talk, but you seem unaware or disinterested in the way your staff are expected to work.

The place is clean, the staff is friendly and there is a nice variety of foods including Afternoon Tea .The only downside was that the food ( English Breakfast) wasn't very hot more like warm but maybe it was just one time thing. I do recommend Morrisons Cafe.

I only put 2 stars as individually the staff would probley work fine but as a team it's just not great. I walked out without receiving my food as it was a small order but people where receiving their food who came in after me. This is not a one off as I had the same issue the day before. Sorry morrisons cafe I doubt I will be back any time soon

At the moment, Friday 28th August, half-price all day everyday!! Great food at a crazy low price!! Really happy, staff really cool, too!

This is the third bad experience out of three visits. If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is diabolical. Cutlery is dirty, teapots are a disgrace. The lady with the massive lips does not even hide the fact she doesn’t give a damn.Management should definitely take a closer look.Never again

Acceptable food, but the wait on a quiet Saturday afternoon was far too long. The cafe was mostly empty and yet it still took almost an hour for a couple of burgers to be provided.

Great cafe really nice food when they have everything but quite often have run out of things like bacon or chips and sometimes the service is very slow with long waiting time. However still a very good and affordable place to eat.
